Absolutely disgusted with Tentworld Online. After waiting many weeks for my fridge I was told Toll lost it only to have toll prove to me that Tentworld never dispatched it in the first place. The only communication was initiated by myself. I will NEVER buy from Tentworld Online again

Hi Mick, Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry there were some issues with this one. I was out of the office when this order was processed, so I was unable to assist at the time. Looking back at the history and from speaking with my colleagues, I can confirm the fridge did leave our warehouse with Toll. A few days later, Toll returned the unit to our warehouse with the delivery connote to your address ripped off. As soon as it returned to us, we quickly shipped it (the very same fridge) to your local store for collection, as this was the quickest way we could get this resolved for you. I do apologise for any confusion and the incovenience caused. Now that you do have the fridge though, I hope you get some good use out of it! Thanks and Happy Camping ~ Jarrod.

I cancelled order I received a phone call after ordering confirming the product was in stock and would be dispatched immediately, five days later after contacting them twice previously I received an email saying it was on back order.

Bought 2 chairs online, Sent broken chair, then wanted me to return to shop in person, then fix under warranty (so what is pony buying online)(warranty, you sent new busted chair) Had to go to PayPal dispute as ignored email Then pick up chair and when felt like it will send new one Then got upset when we recited consumer law to them and sent chair Maybe do not try sending busted one Never Never be back

Ordered an item only to find out later that it was out of stock. Other items were meant to be shipped in 1 business day however were not sent until 4 days later. When I called to enquire I was told it was a busy period and they couldn’t help me.

Hi Tim, Thanks for your enquiry, Unfortunately, we regret to say that your order has not yet been dispatched as the stock hasn't arrived. We are disappointed that stock is taking far longer than we had hoped. We are at the mercy of our suppliers and rely on the estimated date that they give us. This in turn is communicated to our customers. We have been in contact with our stock control team for them to source an updated ETA and will communicate this to you as soon as we have some further info. Looking at tents found they where to overpriced for exactly same tents in other shops almost half the price the gas portable hot water system 0ver $500 when the exactly same system is $158 on eBay sorry tentworld you are to pricey and need to look at your competitions prices and not be so greedy

Product was faulty and Tentworld did the absolute BARE minimum to help me. The staff said the company would not honor the warranty and basically there was nothing else they could do. $65 on a light is not cheap- and I really expected Tentworld to be of more assistance and try to help with an item I bought from their store that was of sub par quality! I felt like they had taken my money and now didn't care what happened after they had the cash. Be wary shopping here, knowing if you get stuck with a product they are unlikely to be willing to help.

I sent an item back because it was not working. It was sent back to me with the message that it was now working and it was not. On the basis of this I will never buy from Tenworld again and have already started passing the news of this poor treatment to others

Pathetic service. Before I ordered my tent, I made it clear that I needed it on a specific day, please see following delivery instruction. Delivery Instructions: We are going camping on Saturday 26 Sept and I need this delivered before this Friday 25 September. Happy to pay for express post of courier delivery. The order was confirmed by Daniel Connolly via phone and he assured me it would arrive on time. The pathetic courier service that Tentworld use for your so called free shipping didn't deliver the tent on time and resulted in me having no choice but to cancel our camping trip. For this reason, I hold Tentworld equally accountable for failing to deliver my order by the specified request. If you did not feel that Couriers Please would deliver the goods on time, then why continue to use them, other than they are cheap and fulfil your so called value add of free shipping. I look at the online reviews for Couriers Please, no professional organisation would ever consider using a company who seem to always loose items and ALWAYS fail to deliver good on time. I was happy to PAY for shipping. I asked your Support Team Leader Jarrod Christian to have a senior manager from Tentworld call me to discuss this issue and to date, no call. . I am a member of the Sydney Bush Walkers club and will let all members know exactly how you treat your customers.

My husband and I purchased a Coleman tent from Tentworld at the beginning of the year and I was very impressed with the communication we received from Tentworld and how quick the tent arrived. Then COVID hit and we were unable to use our tent until recently. Before purchasing our tent I researched the strength of various tents and studied all the reviews that I could before settling on the Coleman 10p Instant up Tent so you can imagine my disappointment when our tent's awning ripped within the first 4 hours of erecting. We settled on the Coleman tent because the material was supposed to have been tested to withstand 100km winds, our tent sustained a 3 metre tear in just 45km winds. We left our campsite not long after erecting our tents to purchase groceries at the supermarket about 15mins away, when we left our campsite it was a beautiful calm sunny day so we were surprised within the 1 1/2 hours we were gone that although sunny the wind had come up. We were extremely disappointed to find the gigantic rip in our awning on our return especially when our friends who erected their cheap Big W tent on the lot next door sustained no damage at all. This comparison was proof that Coleman tents are very poor quality and do not stand up to their 100kms wind claim. What made our experience worse was I immediately contacted Tentworld and although initially impressed with the automatic email I received with a ticket number, I was disappointed that I was the one that had to follow up to speak to someone who said they couldn't do anything but their customer service department would be in contact. Needless to say I didn't get to speak to anyone as the contact I received was via email to inform me my tent was not covered by the 2 year warranty and that a new fly would cost another $329.99 which would need to be ordered, alternatively I could purchase tenacious tape which due to the 3 metre tear would take several packets to cover the tear, so another expensive option. Needless to say I am very disappointed with these resolutions, our tent lasted a total of 4 hours, brand new, never been used, straight out of the box- So buyers please stay away from Coleman products or at least read the fine print and warranty conditions very carefully before buying. I am so disappointed with the service I received from Tentworld and the quality of Coleman products, I am a strong believer that you pay for what you get but in this instance the cheaper tent on the campsite next door proved to be the far superior product.

I bought a tent thinking was a specific tent and realised it was the wrong one. It was returned within 15hours the box was unopened and I was refused a refund. The best they would give was a credit. I will never shop at Tentworld again. It was a total rip off.
