“ordered a lego set on thursday last week so plenty of time before a party my son was going to the following thursday. got an e mail saying it was in on the friday went to collect on the monday and not in, went again on tuesday not in but they had not unpacked the orders that had come in so told me to come back the next day. Went again on the wednesday for the 3rd time and found it had been sent to the wrong tesco store. they ordered another one which is due in tomorrow (thursday a week later) which is too late as my son is going straight from school to the party. So will be returning it for a refund if it does turn up.”

“Really poor service. Called three times to chase delivery and fobbed off. Waisted a whole Saturday and now I have to do the same on Sunday as they are going to try to deliver again as the van broke down. I can guess already that the van will break down again tomorrow! Shocking customer service I should have had a call at the very least”
