“I have always found doing a Tesco shop actually in store quite a pleasure anyway but then circumstances changed and we had to have home deliveries instead. So I am delighted to be able to say that I cannot fault this service in any respect - it's punctual, cheerful, careful of your choices and almost always supplies everything you order, and if not they'll put in a thoughtful alternative - often something better for the same price. The increased market share this company now enjoys by virtue of expanding its operations so quickly and unstintingly during Covid is thoroughly deserved. Their prices are good, their range is more than comprehensive and I can honestly say they look after you in every way. This is the way a business should be run and the only improvement I can suggest is that they should become a partnership like John Lewis and give all their staff regular bonus rewards in addition to concessions for their own shopping.”
