“If you want to experience the BEST in attention and service then you need to go and visit the showroom in Pikesville, MD. The store itself is beautiful and elegant. They have more brands on display then you can imagine. While the store is magnficent and the offerings impressive it is the attention from the staff that will blow your mind! They give you their complete and undivided attention and will assist you in any way they can. Their followup is unbelievable. You owe it to yourself to just go and walk through the store and then let me know if everything I have shared with you isn't the absolute truth!”

“I've had the pleasure and perspective of sitting down with two 1916 Company sales professionals from two locations: Jas (Delaware) and Alex (Philadelphia) - both experiences were outstanding. I purchased a watch in Delaware and Alex helped me subsequently with a slight bracelet adjustment. Both were pleasant to be with, consummate professionals - no pressure, sales tactics and super knowledgable. This doesn't happen by accident. Hiring the right people is an intentional act.
