“I had originally met Connor Fallon a fwe months ago regarding purchasing a new Rolex watch. We struck up a great conversation, got to know eachother, and he understood my interests on watches and many other things. He followed up with me in the weeks after my visist, just casually. Always being up front with how long these watches could take to get and the process. After a few months I reached out with another watch I was interested in, from Tudor, and he let me know that watch could potentiallly be difficult to get as well, but would keep me in mind. A month later I got a call that he was able to secure a very similar Tudor watch if I wanted it. I accepted, and met up the next day to take delivery of the watch. All communication from Connor was amazing, the customer service was on point, and the whole transaction was seamless. I look forward to building a relationship with Connor and 1916 for many years to come.”

“The 1916 Company is outstanding. My wife tried on several Rolex models, and we then moved into the main store to browse the pre-owned selection. I mentioned that I’d been looking for a Z-Blue Milgauss, and when Freddy asked if he could help, he immediately let me know they had one available and could get it within a few days. I picked it up and absolutely love both the watch and my experience with The 1916 Company.”

“First of all, I must say Alex Lazarus put the needle through the thread. Great sense of service, everything was up front, especially when I asked if the price was negotiable and if so, how low could we go without anyone getting in trouble. He humorously replied he respected the fact I wanted no one to get into trouble, LOL. A very detailed, polished representative who walked me along the whole process via email and text right up to the day it arrived. I greatly appreciate and recommend and will be a return customer at The 1916 Company. Jeff in Texas.”

“Stunningly great experience. First purchase was a CPO Rolex Daytona WG Meteorite Racing Dial. Sent a request in and Alex L pinged me the next day. Three texts, one call, wire transfer, done. Picked it up at the Chestnut Store in downtown PHL on my way through town. TBH anb who's kidding who, I made a special trip to see the firm, Alex and meet/greet while receiving my watch in person. First time I've bought CPO and it's a winner. Got home 3 days later and my wife picked out a new Cartier Tank. Sales closed via wire and it was in the FedEx to us that night. 1916 is a great firm, excellent selection and inventory, Tom Mosso/1916 YT channel is great as is the website. I even got a handwritten thank you note and small gift for our purchase. Old school effort and execution with new world reach. We'll def be back sooner than later.”
