“Such a great experience. The store is elegant. The service is top tier. My sales associate was very friendly and answered all my questions and took initiative to show me several exhibition Rolex models to help me narrow down my decision. “I am truly blown away by this entire process. Initially I was INCREDIBLY skeptical purchasing a pre-owned watch on eBay through the 1916 Company . After research, I learned the 1916 Company is extremely legitimate and reputable in NYC. Whiel in the city for Christmas, I attempted to schedule a visit in person, but the watch was off-site. A salesperson called me by phone, patiently answered my questions, and helped provide assurance. The entire process was seamless from authentication, amazing customer service & personalized follow up. The watch is in brand new MINT condition even though it was listed as "good". It was even better than expected! This is an incredibly smart business practice - under promise and over deliver. The watch came with the original manufacturer warranty not expiring until 2030. I've already registered the watch with Breitling. After receipt of the watch, I checked the serial number against the Watch Register and obtained a clean certificate from stolen merchandise. This is an incredible value for what I paid and I couldn't be happier! I will recommend the 1916 Company over and over again!”

“Eduardo at 1916 in Fashion Island was a breath of fresh air. Truly a watch fan at his core and someone I thoroughly enjoyed talking to and learning from. Talked to him for hours about not just the details and history of different watches and watch brands but about our hobbies and beyond. He's a true gentleman and a man that cares about my business and shares my passion for watches. He showed me the value of the Certified Pre-Owned program (loved that example of 4 different watches that failed the CPO program when they were sent to Geneva for 4 different reasons) and I look forward to many more decades of buying watches from Eduardo at 1916. These watches will stay in my family forever and be passed down to my two sons so I very much value the story that comes along with acquiring the time piece as I try to buy them around momentus occasions in my life. Thank you Eduardo and 1916 for being best in class and true professionals.”
