LONGER VERSION: 1916 is a gem - I appreciate the level of care they put in to creating a great customer experience. The selection is exceptional, every watch is presented with great attention to detail, and the stores are beautiful welcoming spaces. But what makes it fun and special are the people! Customer service is top tier - the team are knowledgable, patient, and genuinely passionate about watches. They have taken the time over the years to help me find the right pieces, and never made me feel pressured. Whether it's aquiring a new watch, chatting over an espresso, or texting about latest travels - I've thoroughly enjoyed working with Mike Juliana. Highly recommend him if you are in the store - his expertise, professionalism, honesty, and great communication really stand out.”

“Outstanding experience with 1916 Watch Company. My schedule made it easier to purchase my Tudor online, and the process was fast, convenient, and communication was excellent from start to finish. The saleswoman at the Tudor boutique took the time to share the history of Tudor, and her knowledge and passion for the brand really made an impression on me. Everyone at the Denver location was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I'll definitely be buying my next watch in person at the Denver store. This time I bought online for convenience, but next time I want to walk out with a new watch on my wrist. Thank you to the entire team for a great experience.”

“I purchased a pre-owned Rolex from The 1916 Company which has been my grail watch since I was a kid. I worked with a gentleman named Alex and he assisted me by answering every question, explaining the process, and sending me updates every step of the way. “I had a great experience with Brennen at the IWC store at Scottsdale Fashion Square. I will admit that my prior experience at that same store was not as strong, but Brennen was easy to work with and he and I came to a sale with 24 hours. I am truly excited for this watch as my daughter helped choose it prior to my trip.”
