“I really had a good experience at 1916. I picked up my first serious Rolex and a Cartier for my wife to celebrate a special occasion. Alex, my salesperson guided me through the whole process. When spending a great sum of money, I expected personal service, and that’s what I got. 1916 also has the best value compared to bucherer or watches of Switzerland. Everything came through quick and easy. Now my wife and I are enjoying our beautiful pieces.”

Hans was my advisor, and he was top-notch throughout the entire process. Super knowledgeable, transparent, and never pushy…just genuinely focused on helping me find the right watch. He took the time to walk me through the details, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt confident in the purchase. The watch itself was exactly as described, beautiful condition and clearly held to a high standard. You can tell they take their Certified Pre-Owned program seriously.
