“The pop up chat was very helpful and I had to e-mail to change my delivery instructions and the reply and service was great. The barking collar and sound emitting bird house have worked on mine and my neighbours dogs who used to stir each other up while we were out and we have had no complaints since”

“After adopting my staffie cross boxer from the RSPCA in August I found the only fault she had was aggressive barking. She is 2 years of age so not too old to retrain. Whilst I was at work she would bark at anyone going past the house even on the other side of the road, and try to attach the dogs on either side of my fence. So to keep me and the neighbours happy I contacted the dog line. They were exceptional with their service also sending out the collar promptly and the follow up phone calls to see how I was going with the use of the collar. I would recommend anyone with a problem barking dog to use The Dog Line. Also they are not expensive, very reasonable prices. Very Happy. Jenny”

“I had trouble ordering from my IPad and decided to call the following day. Colin was ever so helpful and sorted it all out in no time. It was no trouble at all. I really liked the quick delivery too. Because of the exceptional service I will be ordering again for sure.”

“Very good service. Delivery from interstate was very quick. Barking dog collar was easy to fit, with excellent User's Guide. Collar was effective from first usage. Result; 2 happy people feeling less "on edge:, and one dog already looking and acting more settled. Perfect!!”

“Best thing we ever did for our dogs! We currently rent and take the system with us where ever we go. Had our system for 7yrs with no problems. The quality is very good and easy to install. Durable, long lasting collars and the battery life is impressive. The doglines customer service is fantastic and recommend this product to all doggie owners a like.”

“I had tried several different perimeter fences with no luck. Then I got put on to The Dog Line and now I'm a happy dog owner. Their fence has given me peace of mind when I go out as I know my dogs are safe.”

“Once I had placed our order, I received a phone call from The Dog Line to confirm some details where I found them very helpful in ensuring we had chosen all of the right options for our needs. Delivery was very quick. We've had great results with our two border collies. The thing I like the most about these collars is that they don't give a 'correction' the moment the dog makes a noise, they are still allowed to be dogs and warn us about 'intruders' by barking once or twice, which is then followed by a beep sound from the device. For our girls, the beep sound is enough to stop the barking and keep the peace and most importantly, keep the neighbours off our back. I have recommended The Dog Line to a friend too.”
