“Prompt and efficient service. I purchased a Petsafe bark control collar for my dog 3 weeks ago. We live on a rural property and my dog had developed a habit of barking just to let the world know she was up and about and not to mess with her and it was driving me crazy. My trying to stop the barking only spurred her on. The bark control collar allows her a couple of barks before it gets to the level where she stops barking and she knows this. She is more in control of herself, calmer and more responsive to commands. We are both happy.”

“Colin and his team have been extremely helpful and communication has been great. I was concerned about a few things and Colin put my mind at ease. We purchased a product on a rental trial which we didn't need in the end (nuisance barking stopped after new dog settled in with a new routine and lots of exercise). The team have been very helpful with assisting me to use the refundable deposit on the rental to put towards a purchase of an invisible fence kit for another family member to use with an excitable dog who keeps getting out of the yard. I'll update once I receive this item but I'm sure it will work great. I'd like to thank the team for being patient with my many emails and questions and for genuinely wanting to help us dog lovers who are having issues with their fur babies, it can be a really stressful and draining time and they have made it much easier.”

“Hi, I bought dog line about 5 years ago & ended up giving it to my daughter after she had problems with her dog & neighbor. I then bought one of eBay from China which lasted about 6 weeks also my dog learnt to run through the beep/zaps which it never attended with dog line. Cut a long story short I bought another dog line problem solved.”

“I don't know how we ever lived without the bark collar. Our beautiful 2 year old Kelpie x Whippet has a heart of gold but a bark that will drive you insane. We tried puppy school, in home personal training and hours and hours of discipline and nothing worked to stop the barking. We received complaints from neighbors (Strata complex) about her barking and were running out of options and patience. The barking collar worked in just 2 days. Its unbelievable. We still have the same beautiful and happy dog, although now we just don't have the constant barking. No one can believe the difference this amazing little device has made. We originally did the rent option but it's the best money you will ever spend and you will keep it. Thank you very much you are a life saver guys!”

“Hi Colin, this worked like magic. First time we used it (to keep our dog from barking at our baby grandson), the dog quickly worked it out (thank goodness). We still put it on occasionally, but normally we only have to get it out of the box and show it to him. Very first day we used it, within a short time, he was sitting on the couch quietly next to the baby and his Mum. Before this, trying to have the baby and the dog in the same room was impossible and very nerve wracking. Thank you!”

“We live in a retirement village where some of the older residents do not want to be disturbed by our gorgeous dog Oscar just letting us know when someone is near our villa. The apparatus is proving very valuable. He is learning to keep his opinion to himself when someone is in his territory.”

“The staff at the dog line have been very helpful and receptive to our individual circumstances. The citronella bark collar that we purchased has been super effective and our once frequently barking dog has become much quieter. Our neighbour who has been helping monitoring our dogs barking and whining while we are at work has commented that our boy has been "perfect". We are no longer worried that he is disturbing the neighbours and he seems more calm, not so "on guard" all the time.”

“My foxy only wore the collar for 2 nights and the night barking has decreased to near nothing already. . Being a country farm dog brought into the city the new noises were disturbing everyone. Now we have our quite dog back. Thank you.”

“Having a very protective working line shepherd who thought it was her right to jump the fence at any person passing we purchased a pet barrier collar. With lots of work and removing all self rewards our dog has not jumped the fence since (even at the postie!!) We have had the collar for about 2.5 years and just changed the battery. The dog line have been very helpful and always offer support and happy to help. Thanks for everything”

“I have a 11 month old Staffy x bull Arab who is very stubborn but very smart. I have tried everything to get him to stop nipping our feet and hands digging up garden and even taking socks of line. we are at our wits end then I found the dog line and I thought what do I have to lose. I decided ok I’ll give it ago. I’ve been on the 2-week rental Big Dog Training Collar and now on the last week we have decided to keep it as it has worked he is a lot better we still have a few more thing to deal with but I have to say it truly is a life saver. I would and will recommend it to everyone with stubborn dogs. The best thing about the dog line is that you can try it and if it doesn’t work for your dog you can return it. The staff at the dog line are fantastic very friendly and helpful. Big thank you to all.”
