“I did not choose your company based on price, as several of your competitors were basically comparable even with the free premium receiver upgrade.BUT, and this is a big but. Your customer service is much better and that is why I went with you. Thanks again for a pleasant experience.”

“Hi, my name is Donna. I'm a dog trainer. I have a rescued dog. I did alot of behaviorial training on her. If dogs are excited, they show signs of fear-based reaction that results to aggresssion. She's very protective of me. After i used this product down the beach coz my dog loves swimming, it went well. Timing has to be spot on. I would recommend this company for great service. Had bad service elsewere.”

“I wanted to thank Colin for his help with not only the installation of my dog containment system, but also the ongoing support with the technical side of it. I had my transmitter be affected by a lightning strike, and Colin was more than helpful and provided prompt and excellent support with getting my system back up and running! 5 star service!! The safe containment of my dog is paramount, as I live right next to a busy road largely used by trucks. Being able to go to work knowing my vehicle chasing puppy is safe is such a relief. THANKYOU!”

“We recently purchased a dog line barrier for our 8 month old Rotti, absolutely fantastic product. We were told that as long as you did the training correctly everything will be fine, which did leave me with a sense of dread I must admit. ( Im not the best for sticking to a plan) . However it has proved to be a simple process, and am happy to report we are now able to have a peaceful nights sleep knowing Jett hasn't gone awol or wandered off during the day. Many thanks to the Dogline team for your product knowledge and after sales advice.”
