“Good service, good updates, quick delivery. Happy ish with note books I ordered apart from the fact that I expected them to be thicker and have hard covers. Perhaps partly my fault for not checking more thoroughly but I think product descriptions could be improved.”

“My recent order for several products arrived promptly and securely. Selecting products from the company's website was straightforward. As everything I ordered is a gift I haven't tried anything out but they are all as described and look very suitable as presents. Overall a wide range of attractive products and good service.”

“The Lavender heat wrap was as expected. The first use made the cover slightly damp but we're hoping the lavender will dry out and that will stop the cover feeling damp.”

“I would have given the highest rating but, unfortunately the packaging was torn. A corner of a box had gone through the envelope. Nothing was damaged or lost but maybe more care in the future.”

“the lavender spray is lovely but the spray is too hard for me to press I have to use other ways I am 86 with bad fingers. EJW”

We love the lavender spray too! I'm guessing you purchased the lavender spray in the pump action bottle. It may be worth trying our Yardley Lavender body spray in an aerosol can as you may find this easier to spray? Thanks Lisa x

“Everything arrived as it should, and in excellent time, and I'm very pleased with all the items. However, the outer wrapping was damaged, I think in part because the overall weight of the order was too much for it. Fortunately the contents weren't affected.”
