“Great items and value for money. Communication and service is very good. Unfortunately the parcel arrived damaged. Of the three jigsaws that arrived two were squashed,one severely,due no dought to the total lack of proper protection,just a plastic bag. Not good enough in my opinion.”

“Great products at very fair, sensible prices. Quick. efficient service. Problem of cracked glass containers arriving thru' the post - happened twice - now sorted out by the use of strong cardboard boxes so all good.”

“I ordered 4 lavendar chocolate bars for Christmas. I am happy with the price and the quality of the product. My biggest compliment is that the packaging was very secure and there was a lot of care put into ensuring that the product did not break during delivery”

“Although I am happy that my order was delivered promptly, I wIsh that the dustng powder box had been secured in some way as some of the contents had escaped. More attention could be paid to the packaging as the box of another of the items was slightly dented, and as both are gifts for a relative It is a little disappointing.”

Thanks for the review. Sorry to hear that some goods appear to have been damaged slightly in transit. We do try to keep packaging to a minimum as to not be wasteful but also use enough to ensure that items can withstand their delivery. Very occasionally the odd parcel will be damaged in transit if it has had a particularly bumpy journey. We apologise for this and hope that it won't put you off ordering from us again in the future. “Goods arrived in a small box and seemed to be packed well but the tin of talcum was badly dented. As it was for own use I didn't bother returning it. Everything else was fine and I am pleased with my purchases.”

“The purchase arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I was slightly disappointed with how small the draw liners are. Also I thought I had ordered 3 small lavender bags and I received one large one. However, that might have been my mistake.”

I have checked your order and you had only ordered one lavender bag, however the image on the website was showing more than one so this may be where the confusion occurred, apologies for this.
