“It was quite an unexpected call, but as the conversation progressed, I've definitely perked up more about securing a spot for a volunteer trip to Nepal. Jenny is a fantastic caller! Reassuring and very clear about the entire process, especially about how I could defer the trip in putting down the deposit. Her enthusiasm about the opportunities that will present themselves, matches my own. Being a first time traveller, there was definitely some nerves but many of my initial questions have been resolved. I understand the following processes to come. I very well and truly believe the organisation is meticulous in planning. I'm even more determined to embark on this trip, than when I was simply researching a couple of weeks ago. It's met all expectations of what I hope to gain out of this experience.”
