“The initial phone call was very sales orientated and answer demanded immediately when a decision with such a high cost and commitment does require a thought. The extra deals were good if booked immediately but i did feel quite under pressure. Every other stage was excellent however. All staff replied quickly to me with all my questions which was very comforting to know I had support 100%. Would recommend to others.”

“I found the initial process quite pushy and felt like truths were stretched in order to get a sale.. but once i was allocated my Canadian coordinator, Alex , it was so much better. A lot of people told me that i could do the whole process by myself and that i 'wasted' my money, but Alex made the whole process an absolute breeze, explained everything clearly and despite the time difference would reply promptly to any questions or queries I had.”

“Amazing, can't go wrong with the team at global especially Hannah in the Vancouver office she was awesome and so welcoming. Made me feel at ease from skype calls and meeting in the office greeting with a big hug. This company is great for any traveler but for people with no experience in travelling the global work and travel co do all the hard gross stuff for you. 10/10.”
