“Brianna was very informative and helpful and friendly. I love how she explained each part of Canada and the different things to do. It was very helpful to know where to go considering this is a brand new foreign country to me. Eimear was my trip coordinator, she was also SOOO helpful and made everything so much less stressful as moving across the world can be crazy. She always replied really quickly to each and every email which was amazing especially considering the time difference from Australia to Canada! Really funny too ;)”

“Global has been absolutely terrific making the move overseas to Canada smooth and exciting. Both Brianna and Mark are dead set legends and have been so helpful in making every part of the process so much fun! 10/10 recommend!!!!”

Hi LA, We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about your recent experience with us! After you paid your initial $1 deposit and completed your booking forms, there is a checklist which outlines what happens next. One of the next steps was for you to set up a payment plan that best suits you. If you do not set up a payment plan during this time, you are automatically set up in our cheapest bi-weekly plan, with the first installment commencing after 14 days of booking. We also outline this in our booking terms & conditions which you agreed to upon registering with us. Our team did try to call, email & text you a number of times for 2 weeks to discuss your trip and payment plan with you. Unfortunately we did not receive a response from you so you were automatically set up in the payment plan as outlined above. We have asked one of our department managers to reach out to you to discuss your concerns further! Thanks, Global Work & Travel

“My trip so far in the Okanagan with Global Work and Travel has been the best decision I’ve made! From my few days in Vancouver to the blazing summer in Osoyoos to now preparing for ski season, it’s been amazing so far and enjoying every minute. Super thankful to the team especially Eimear who’s been guiding me the whole way and being there to help with anything I have problems with. Looking forward to more travels in the future!”
