“I cannot recommend this company enough, not only do they help with the visa processes and the planning for your trip/placement but they are a guide throughout the entirety of your trip. Any questions, concerns or advice they are there to help. Friendly and so approachable. My coordinator is more of a friend at this point, I love Maria! Wanting my success in my trip and for me to enjoy my time in Canada. No regrets in booking through Global.... once again, I cannot recommend them enough.”

“My agent Eimear was wonderful. She answered all my questions as soon as she can and was just a big help in general. From someone who hasn’t been to Canada, she was able to give me guidance and gave me all the essentials prior to coming and after landing in the country. She was always one email away, responds quickly (which is a big relief) and also makes time for you in her schedule. Eimear also ensures you are ready for the trip. Overall Eimear was super great and”

“Global work and travel have made moving overseas extremely easy. They sorted out all our flights, bank details, sim cards, jobs and accommodation which just takes a huge weight off my shoulders and makes the change stress free and enjoyable. My travel coordinator Brianna is super bright and happy, always mood uplifting and I can't thank her enough for the smooth transition from Australia to Canada.”

“My coordinator was nice however the overall experience with global work and travel has been anything but. The whole trip felt rushed, unorganised and if I didn’t pay in full it was made out that I would “miss out”. They have no idea where they are sending their clients and do a great job of selling an amazing experience, however, when you land it is all over the place just like the whole planning process.”

We are glad to hear that your Arrival Coordinator was nice but sorry you feel the overall experience has been anything but. We are very surprised to receive your review. Before your arrival you sent a positive email to your Travel Concierge thanking her for her help & support and that everything was organised. Your first job preference was to be working in a pub which is the job we organised for you in advance, just one hour train out of London! After starting your job, we are aware you reached out to your Arrival Coordinator and expressed interest in being an Au Pair instead and we have set up a call with our Au Pair Program Manager to ensure you are feeling supported and giving you some options! We provide a premium level of service to all of our customer and we are sorry if you felt like you didn't receive this experience, please reach out to your Arrival Coordinator with further information so we can look into this for you! “My Au pair program manager is Julie-Anne and she has been a tremendous help with helping me to start my overseas adventure. I am currently working as an au pair in Germany and loving my experience here so far! When I first started with global work and travel, I was moved from person to person and felt like I was an inconvenience, but since I got placed with Julie-Anne, I’ve had most, if not all, my needs as an au pair met. I’m a very detail-oriented person and always have SO many questions, so I really appreciate that she’s able to answer them for me and if she doesn’t know, she takes the time to figure it out and then gets back to me. I definitely recommend working with Julie-Anne. She has a welcoming and easy personality to talk to. I really feel like she cares about you as a person and works really hard to make sure you are well on your way to having an amazing trip!”
