“Just spreading my review to as many people as possible!!! I haven't traveled with them but I was interested in traveling with them in the next year or so. I checked their website to compare prices of other volunteer organizations. I clicked prices and they asked for my email address. A couple of hours later I received a call and I asked what their prices were, since that is what I was inquiring about since all of their other info was online. The lady on the phone was extremely rude to me and told me I was not qualified to travel with them only because I asked about pricing. What?? I asked in what way and she said well if you are only interested in prices we don't want people who only care about having a good time and not about volunteering. Excuse me?? What a judgmental assumption! I only asked about prices which I should not have to since every other company I have looked at for volunteering or traveling abroad always lists prices. Just completely wasted my time. I also have volunteered abroad twice to South Africa and Australia with other companies, I have years experience working in hospitals, volunteer at hospitals and other local work and this woman had the nerve to judge and say that I am not qualified? I probably am more qualified than her to volunteer abroad. This lady is just not qualified for her job since she does not know proper customer service and is very unprofessional.”

As has been previously explained to you, we provide everyone with the same service as our website and reps advise from day 1, when you were phoned you were taken through a process to ensure you’re eligible for the trip - as there are strict requirements to obtain visas and in order to not waste your time, your Work & Travel Expert simply would have to run through some basic questions about your age and country of origin for visa requirement purposes. This is the process and exact same steps over 35,000 others have taken to qualify for our programs so we apologise if there was any miscommunication on either end. We pride ourselves on providing a premium service to all of our customers and we would like to hear more about your experience with us so we can address your concerns and make improvements where necessary.
