“Asti, David and the team were really helpful and supportive throughout and it made the move to the other side of the world easier knowing that there were people on hand if you ever needed. Asti was brilliant, always checking in and offering support should i ever need it. The activites that were booked for my first week here were super fun too! Plus having a hostel and sim card ready for you when you arrive takes so much stress out of it all. If you are considering a working holiday, don't hesitate! Life is short and take the opportunity. Thank you Global Work and Travel for making it possible!”

“I got offered a job but after accepting I declined it and now travelling the east coast instead for a month and finding work afterwards. Best decision I made and made so many friends and met so many different people from all over! The company made the process of going to Aus easier and eas a weight off my shoulders but I sorted the rest out.”

“My trip was amazing! Full of adventure, excitement, learning. I made so many amazing memories, and met so many incredible people. I saw so many animals, and learnt so much about them. I learnt so much about the country, I honestly think I learnt more volunteer working at Kwantu than I would have just on a holiday. Participating in volunteer work, lead me to learn and grow so much experience. The people at Kwantu were so welcoming, and kind. I had the best times with them, I learnt so much off them. I also met so many amazing friends, that I shared volunteer working experience with. I will forever hold this incredible experience with me forever. If it wasn't for Global Work and Travel, I wouldn't have been able to accomplish such a goal! Thank you, I can't wait for my next adventure!! Bella”

“My name is Nicole and I booked a trip in Thailand to volunteer with Elephants thanks to Global Work and Travel. I was assigned Nichola as my trip coordinator and she's been nothing but fantastic and very helpful to me along the way. I'm about half way through my trip which is hard to believe as it's going so fast. I've been wanting to do this for such a long time but I was so afraid of doing it by myself but honestly the people I've met along the way have been amazing and hopefully we can all keep in touch. The hospitality the Thai people have shown me is second to none. They have shown me such kindness. It's a gorgeous country minus the mosquitos! To volunteer with elephants has been a dream for so long and to finally do it has been magical. I've learnt and experienced so much in such a short space of time. I've spent a week each in both Elephant Nature Park and Journey To Freedom and both are fantastic projects. It's sad to hear the abused stories of the elephants but it's also nice to be surrounded by people who care and have sacrificed so much to save them. I love the way it's ethical and that they can just be elephants. It won't be long before my month is up and I'll be boarding my flight home so I'll cherish the time I've left. It's truly been a fantastic experience and sure one that won't be the last. 🐘”

They were there every step of the way and made my first solo trip feel like a breeze. Volunteering at rescue paws has been such an amazing experience I have loved every minute of it. “So far my trip has been very good in invermere. The people I live with are lovely people the work place is nice and accommodation. I've also brought myself a paddle board so I've been going on that everyday”

“I've had a great experience travelling so far would highly recommend anyone who's thinking about travelling to just do it I haven't looked back. First couple days were tricky just stressing making sure I had everything sorted but my travel coordinator has helped out so much and has always been there when I'm stuck. A great experience with great assistance, highly recommend.”

“Elsie has been beyond amazing. She responds to every single email question I have, she has been extremely supportive and organised. I am so grateful to have her as my coordinator. She calls me when I need and she is here for me knowing I’m alone aboard, and it’s quite comforting. Honestly has been the best of the best and I don’t know what I would do without her.”

I didn't have to worry about where to find official documents or where I needed to go for insurance, flights, and immigration because they did that work and research for me. “I would have had no idea where to start on this journey to working overseas in a country I've never been to before. Everyone along the way was super helpful and there were detailed instructions for every step (especially the more complicated tasks!). Communication timings sometimes weren't perfect, but we're all busy! Highly recommend going through Global!!”
