“There was so much support along the way but I feel like when it came to the bookings and confirmations of different things, I was a bit confused as the clarification was not always clear. But above all else, I really think Global is great for anyone new who is wanting to start solo traveling and doesn't know what that entails.”

“My whole trip has been super organised and stress free. Shona has always been available to assist at the earliest opportunity and has been so friendly and helpful. I loved the jet boat trip that I went on when I got here as it was such a cool experience. I would definitely recommend Global Work and Travel to anyone! :)”

“Caring for Kids Cape Town has been an incredible experience! My Travel Coordinator has been amazing working with me when I had personal issues that meant I had to change my trip. They kept in touch with me whilst I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do. They were also great at communicating changes to my flights as they happened.”

“When I first booked this trip back in 2022 I was speaking to one of the coordinators who I told I wanted to work in the Toronto area. After paying the full balance at the start of 2024 I was told they don't do jobs in big cities which was a little bit of a disappointment to hear. After paying I was greeted by my trip coordinator Tia who is absolutely amazing! I can't thank her enough for helping me through this experience and also the friendly advice when I needed someone to talk too. She has made my experience with global and travel. Very helpful and went above and beyond!”

“With this being my first trip away from home I was a bit nervous about it all, but everything was so easy going through global work and travel. They made sure all the necessary documentation was done, found me a job with accommodation, and answered all my questions I had along the way. They made it a stress free process and would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of travelling, especially for the first time.”

“This has been a fantastic trip so far! I have enjoyed learning so much about turtles and Costa Rica! Verdiazul have been amazing hosts and I have loved every second! Calum was my trip co-ordinator and even up to the day before I left he was on hand to offer great inside tips and to put my worries at ease! Thank you!”

“It's just been the beginning of my trip and I've loved every moment!! The Uk has been everything I expected it to be and more. Sarah my trip coordinator has been the most help to make sure it's ran smoothly and without stress! As my first international trip I couldn't be more grateful for the assistance GWT has provided, I have had every random question you could imagine answered and been pointed in the right direction every time. The job match went smoothly and I have started working without hassle. This trip has been the start of hopefully many and inspired me to start my career in the travel industry with starting a blog and building a social media portfolio to hopefully transition into the business myself. (Check it out @amber__rye on Instagram, and let me know if you decide to head over yourself!!) It has been an amazing decision and I wouldn't change it for the world. I'm excited to see where else this trip will take me and feel comfortable and confident with the continued support of the GWT team over the next 2-3 years of my working holiday here in the UK.
