“I loved my experience there as well as the layout of the store. I met Bryan Porter when I walked in. I told him I was looking for dining chairs, and he took me right to that area and explained which chairs could be purchased separately. I never felt pressured by him, and I appreciated his knowledge of the different brands as I was asking questions. He was extremely professional and helpful. I especially liked the “no pressure” atmosphere along with his willingness to answer all my questions. It was a great experience. I look forward to working with him again in the future. Thank you, GAHS, for having a quality sales force!”

“The sales associate we worked with, Mark Mitchell, was helpful but gave us plenty of space and zero pressure. The furniture delivery was quick, neat, and efficient. The furniture is lovely in our space. I would absolutely go back when we need new furniture for another room in the house.”

“My first delivery was not the furniture I paid for, there was a typo and the wrong furniture was being delivered. After the correction I was told that they wanted to charge me again for delivery fee, that was resolved. I finally get the furniture and one of the tracks is on the dresser draw. I was told it had to be ordered and would take 2-4 weeks. This is unacceptable. That the part from another drawer or go to Lowe’s and buy the part. I’m very unhappy. This is the first time I bought anything from this store and it will be the last time. I’m at the point that you can come get everything and give me a refund. Feel free to call me if you have any more questions. 901-849-3764”
