The price of my item was great, however the description referred to it as having rainbow droplets. To me that would suggest that the “glass” would be iridescent, therefore I was disappointed to find out the droplets are in fact acrylic with no rainbow effect at all. I guess you get what you pay for - cheap and cheerful

You advertised a light in stock which you didn’t, took the money from my credit card when you knew the supplier never had one and then took a week to refund my credit card

Lights ordered 20 March still no delivery 29 March after being told delivery today. Waited all day no response.

My 1 Star is based on a poor goods return policy Box came with some damage & goods not well packed. Luckily they were not damaged. I enquired on how to return the items as the shades were not suitable. They responded requesting me to pay for recoded delivery postage using the same damaged box the goods arrived in. I quote” if box! or goods damaged on receipt of returns. Goods may not be refunded. “ This an unacceptable return policy in this time of internet shopping From my experience return labels are usually included. Very disappointed . I am an honest customer and feel I have not been treated well . It would be nice if customer care rang & spoke to me regards returns . I would prefer to use a study box

My order was taken and so was payment only to be told 2 days later item was out of stock and no longer available!wouldnt use you again

I still have not received my order after calling twice - didn’t arrive last Thursday as promised and didn’t arrive today either. No updates via e-mail. My account that I’ve created doesn’t exist now either despite my confirmation email. Unless this order arrives in next two days I will be cancelling it. Please communicate when this will arrive? Thank you!

I can only rate THLC very poor as I have not received my order yet so very frustrating to be asked to give feedback on nothing!!

Took a week to deliver when it finally arrived they’d put the wrong one in . I’m assuming the colour lights I’d ordered where out of stock so put another in assuming I wouldn’t notice Unfortunately they where to match my dining room and hall way chandeliers so I defo can’t use and paid an electrician two days as they didn’t arrive til late Saturday and then Sunday when we opened box wrong ones Costs more than the lights and still no where further!

Slow delivery. Misleading information about arrival. When asked to expedite delivery, as it hadn't arrived in time, they wanted to charge extra

Misleading information about delivery. If you want it on time you have to pay extra, even if they are delayed
