Over priced and useless!!! They are great at taking payment for things that are not in stock and waiting 2 days after estimated delivery date to tell you they have only just started to process your order!!! If my order ain’t here by Monday as promised I will be demanding a full refund.

Website reports "in-stock". Order is accepted, payment is taken and then we are informed "items were never in stock" and needed to be ordered from manufacturer who can't provide it for weeks-disingenuous!

Product arrived, but has now developed a fault and is under warranty. No response from THLC and don’t expect they will honour the warranty.

I have been sent this link asking for a review and I haven't even received my order I have emailed company and rung them for a delivery date and they said it would be here today 14th October 2019 I am really concerned as my order is over £150 HAS ANYONE ELSE BEEN IN THIS SITUATION AS I HAVE NO RESPONSE

awfull, bought floor lamps from them. Which were not cheap, to begin with. Box had been opened before so not as new. Bulbs would not fit in lamps tried 3 different suppliers of bulbs, so unless you can source bulbs as they do avoid. Sent lamps back at cost of £22 no mention of refunding postage, they simply stated lamps work fine, so nothing wrong with them = no refund for the postage. Maybe lights are not something you should buy online.

Scammers. I made a purchase online, the payment went through, and instead of an email confirming the order I received and email telling me I had not completed the purchase. The money had been debited from my account, so I expected a quick phone call to clear it up, instead the insisted the payment had failed even though I can see it on my mobile banking statement. So, I have paid for lights that will never arrive. Scammers.

On the website the item was showing as in stock, the website accepted my order and my card was debited. I was subsequently contacted and advised that despite this the item would not be available for two months. What a waste of my time, I will not attempt to make further purchases from this company.

The Home Lighting Centre are currently refusing to replace a lamp shade that arrived broken, simply because I did not alert them to the fault within 48 hours of delivery. Very disappointing.

The lights were tiny and were damaged, they took almost 3 weeks to arrive. I have emailed them about a refund and have had no response. Wouldn't use this company ever again.

I ordered 2 x wall lights from here and they were marked on the website as "in stock". Having ordered I forgot about them and then 12 days later realised that they hadn't turned up. Having contacted The Home Lighting Centre I got curt and unhelpful responses and was also lied to about my order being sent when it wasn't. Apparently it states on the website that they are "Usually dispatched within 7 - 10 days" but who on earth takes that long to dispatch orders these days? And regardless it actually took them 14 days to dispatch them, and that was only after I had chased the order up. I'm certain if I hadn't chased it then I would have waited a lot longer. Overall it was a very poor experience, I wouldn't order from them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else does either. There are much more professional companies out there.

After making a purchase some months ago without any issues I placed an order on 5th May for a wall light. I'm still waiting for the light to be delivered a week after ordering and I'm not at all happy with the customer service. Immediately after ordering I saw that the light was cheaper on another website and submitted a form requesting a price match. On 10th May, having had no response, I called to check status. Light had been dispatched that day but told price match wouldn't be honoured. First of all told that light wasn't in stock on other website (it was) and then told I should have rang with price match request before placing order. Light should arrive today but sorry THLC I'll not be using you again.

Ordered a light. No confirmation email but payment taken. Had to call them to find out it wasn’t even in stock as stated. Still waiting !!! Fingers crossed I get it!
