Muck Boots Chore 2K boots have both developed splits at the back of each boot immediately above the reinforced heel box. Also peeling of vertical reinforcement strip on the back of one, and both boots have the lining torn and detaching at the heels. Only 13 months old and used for only a few of those months two or three times a week. Muck Boots customer service don't want to know. Looks to me like fundamental design or production faults. So the boots fail with limited use and no customer backup or support if you're just outside the 12 month warranty period, can't recommend the company or it's products, very poor.

Laarzen na 3 manden stuk werd gerepareerd had ze treug en hebben de hele zomer in de kast gestaan oktober weer gedragen na 1 mand weer het zelfde stuk net na het jaar JAMMER geen garantie maar wordt er gezegd

Extremely disappointed with my Muck Boots. Having paid over £80 for a pair of boots (inc. postage) which barely last 12 months of gentle dog-walking, and to be told that my warranty claim is refused because I was just outside the claim period. Don't waste your money, you're better of buying a cheap pair of wellies from the supermarket - they'll probably last longer! 😡

Been buying muck boots for the last 10 years all I can say is that I won’t be buying again they must now be using some very cheap materials as they don’t last 6 months now the old ones would stay waterproof till you wear them down to no tread the new ones crack on the uppers and the sole has just dropped off of the last pair I bought stay clear if you want to have dry feet

The Quality is just not the same anymore! Don’t buy these if your expecting them to be made as well as the past pairs. All the seams are leaking Waste of money and will never buy again

I had to return my muck boots order since they didn't fit. I called customer service twice to see why no credit has been given on my American Express card. They acknowledge receipt of shoes but don't know why no credit has been given Shoes returned on july 1 it's now the 16th. They can't tell me anything they just say yeah we got the shoes.you will get a refund but we don't know when.

I used to love my Muck Boots, they lasted ages and were warmest boots you can get. Obviously the manufacturing has changed. They are ok if you potter about in them but if you're a proper welly wearer they are rubbish. Normally they will split across the toe. My last pair have lasted 4 months and split at the heel. Not being one to give up I have ordered another pair, I'm always a size 5 but I can't get my feet in these. Obviously the Muck Boot site only show their 5 * reviews. Sort it out Muck Boot you can do better than this. Never throw your receipt away!!

The ladies Tremont supreme tall boots leak it’s disgusting no one emails you back .. £2.99 wellies from a supermarket don’t leak never mind £110 ones, these were a Christmas present and have only been worn twice by my partner and are now useless

I bought a pair of the trailblazers, they started splitting down the back within 3 months. Now have had them a little over a year and the tops are separating from the bottoms. For $165.00 I expected more than this. I'll never buy another pair. Junk.

Late parcel, delivery did not turn up on designated day, no emails answered, no phone calls answered, returns have to be processed by you, the form online doesn’t generate them, you have to ring, constantly because they don’t pick up - when you do speak to them they just say “we are busy you will get it soon” then you have to wait again....then print it off yourself and drive several miles to drop it off. All social media is bots. Ridiculous company. Avoid at all costs.

Am waiting for their returns postal form - now two weeks late, despite emailing, phoning etc. I now suspect it will never arrive, especially after seeing other reviews. And even if it does, do I now trust them to refund?

This Company is a disaster. The boots turned up on time but their returns system is shot. If you order online and need to return the item they do not issue a return address or respond to phone calls or emails (other than automatic replies) They have taken two weeks so far to issue a return number... and still waiting for that information as well as a return address... absolutely SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ... EVER! They owe me £130

Really poor manufacture. First pair of boots split after a few months. Second pair split after 2 years. They only provide a 2 year warranty. After that you are stuffed as far as they are concerned.

The internet and their Facebook page is full of customers who have had an appalling experience with this company, who act illegally and refuse refunds. They sent me the wrong size boots and won't allow me to return them for a refund. They ignore emails, refuse to answer the phone - I'm sure they are going bust.

I ordered 4 pairs of boots on December 9th. Received my tracking number and a verification that my order was “on the way”! The truth is, my order never left the warehouse! The week before Christmas, I started getting concerned, so I called 3 different times. All they could tell me is they were “investigating “ the situation! Needless to say, my 4 grandchildren did not receive their muck boots for Christmas. On December 26th , I received an email that they had canceled my order and refunded my account! Terrible customer service!!!!

The worst customer service I have ever encountered!!! Ordered three pairs of boots. Only received two but paid for all three. After calling 7 times, two emails forwarded to corporate, and over a month later I finally received my third pair of boots.......... that were the wrong size. Now the supervisor said they are out of stock and she is so sorry! I don't want your pity. I want the items I ordered! She said I can return them and order them when they are back in stock. NO! This is your mistake...not mine. And did not offer to make it right! She was absolutely useless! I would look to buy another brand despite this being a really good product.

They just plain old suck! I ordered boots as a gift 10 days ago and they haven't even shipped! UNSATISFACTORY! I phoned and spoke to a customer service rep and after approximately five minutes om hold she couldn't tell me what the status was or why they had not shipped! Again UNSATISFACTORY! When I then told her that I wanted to cancel the order, I was informed that orders could not be canceled. To which I replied even if they haven't been shipped?! I asked to speak with a supervisor and after what felt like 10 additional minutes on hold she came back to tell me that her "supervisors are busy" but that she had sent a notice to their cancellations department and that they would contact me regarding the cancellation. The entire experience was UNSATISFACTORY! If a company cannot get its act together then they don't deserve your business and they WILL NOT be getting mine!

Great Boots! BUT: Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They sent wrong product. I bought socks. They sent t-shirts. Ok, error. I called. They said it would be taken care of. One week later. Nothing. No contact, no socks. Called a second time. (NOT HAPPY THIS TIME!) GOT THE SAME RESPONSE: I'LL FORWARD YOUR REQUEST TO CORPORATE. Despite an excellent product, horrible customer service can ruin the experience.

I have had a terrible experience with THE MUCK BOOT COMPANY regarding boots that had poor workmanship. The boots began to separate at the seam within a matter of months. I contacted THE MUCK BOOT COMPANY and was directed to fill out a form they emailed to me with photos of the damage. I never received a response after mailing the form in. I called numerous times and was told someone would contact me and I never received a call. I sent an email stating I was going to give them a poor review for Poor workmanship of their boots and terrible customer service. I received a response stating they wanted me to resend photos of the boots so I did. They replied giving me a pre-printed Fed ex label to send the boots in and they would exchange them. I have heard nothing and no longer have the boots. I strongly suggest you look at other brands such as BOGS or NOBLE. Very Very unhappy. I will proceed with filing complaints through other sources.

Bought a pair of Arctic Excursion after reading reviews of how warm they were, went to a high school football game last nigh with temp of 25 deg and my feet froze . Sorry but not very warm at all in my opinion.
