I ordered 4 pairs of boots on December 9th. Received my tracking number and a verification that my order was “on the way”! The truth is, my order never left the warehouse! The week before Christmas, I started getting concerned, so I called 3 different times. All they could tell me is they were “investigating “ the situation! Needless to say, my 4 grandchildren did not receive their muck boots for Christmas. On December 26th , I received an email that they had canceled my order and refunded my account! Terrible customer service!!!!

The worst customer service I have ever encountered!!! Ordered three pairs of boots. Only received two but paid for all three. After calling 7 times, two emails forwarded to corporate, and over a month later I finally received my third pair of boots.......... that were the wrong size. Now the supervisor said they are out of stock and she is so sorry! I don't want your pity. I want the items I ordered! She said I can return them and order them when they are back in stock. NO! This is your mistake...not mine. And did not offer to make it right! She was absolutely useless! I would look to buy another brand despite this being a really good product.

They just plain old suck! I ordered boots as a gift 10 days ago and they haven't even shipped! UNSATISFACTORY! I phoned and spoke to a customer service rep and after approximately five minutes om hold she couldn't tell me what the status was or why they had not shipped! Again UNSATISFACTORY! When I then told her that I wanted to cancel the order, I was informed that orders could not be canceled. To which I replied even if they haven't been shipped?! I asked to speak with a supervisor and after what felt like 10 additional minutes on hold she came back to tell me that her "supervisors are busy" but that she had sent a notice to their cancellations department and that they would contact me regarding the cancellation. The entire experience was UNSATISFACTORY! If a company cannot get its act together then they don't deserve your business and they WILL NOT be getting mine!

Great Boots! BUT: Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They sent wrong product. I bought socks. They sent t-shirts. Ok, error. I called. They said it would be taken care of. One week later. Nothing. No contact, no socks. Called a second time. (NOT HAPPY THIS TIME!) GOT THE SAME RESPONSE: I'LL FORWARD YOUR REQUEST TO CORPORATE. Despite an excellent product, horrible customer service can ruin the experience.

I have had a terrible experience with THE MUCK BOOT COMPANY regarding boots that had poor workmanship. The boots began to separate at the seam within a matter of months. I contacted THE MUCK BOOT COMPANY and was directed to fill out a form they emailed to me with photos of the damage. I never received a response after mailing the form in. I called numerous times and was told someone would contact me and I never received a call. I sent an email stating I was going to give them a poor review for Poor workmanship of their boots and terrible customer service. I received a response stating they wanted me to resend photos of the boots so I did. They replied giving me a pre-printed Fed ex label to send the boots in and they would exchange them. I have heard nothing and no longer have the boots. I strongly suggest you look at other brands such as BOGS or NOBLE. Very Very unhappy. I will proceed with filing complaints through other sources.

Bought a pair of Arctic Excursion after reading reviews of how warm they were, went to a high school football game last nigh with temp of 25 deg and my feet froze . Sorry but not very warm at all in my opinion.

Make sure you try on your boots in a clean white room with nothing able to touch them. I tried on my boots and needed to exchange them since they rubbed my heel wrong. However they wouldnt let me exchange the brand new boots because I got a little dust on the bottom while trying them on. A huge waste of money since they do not stick by their guarantee!

Recently purchased pair of Arctic Sport boots to replace pair of Arctic Pros that failed prematurely. Developed a deep leaking crack along flex seam over top of insole which made boots unusable. This happened after reasonably light use. Tried to contact Muck Boot Co. to see if a repair or replacement might be available. Received no replies. Disappointed in customer service at least.

No sizes fit me. Ordered a 10 and was too small. Ordered an 11 and was too big. Paid so much money to ship back and forth because I live in Hawaii. You need to do half sizes!

Delivery service is dreadful. Been waiting well over a week for two pairs of boots that I bought directly from muck boot company. UPS brought boots to house twice without leaving in safe place or with a neighbour,despite asking them to. I'm at work most days.I asked MBC to cancel the oder but they would not contact UPS. Customer services do not care or answer the phone. Will never buy from them again

Well I have literally had my boots for not even two months and my feet are wet everyday and they are falling apart, I can send pics upon request. I am really sad, for one, I spent all this money on rain boots, two ... They are coming apart in less than two months

No where on the website does it say that you are paying in American funds. You also have to pay duty fees when shipping to Canada. It’s a rip off.

I ordered the black/jade women’s hale boots and they looked nothing like the picture! They were supposed to be teal/blue and they are green! Very very disappointed!

This is the worst online shopping experience I ever have encountered. Shipping took three weeks, and customer service adopted a "washing of the hands" attitude. The boots looked like cheap knock-offs, and they did not have a quality "feel" to them once I tried them on. In addition, the materials were obviously of poorer quality than the materials used on boots of just a few years ago. The Muck Boot Store provided a UPS return label; it then charged $15 for the privilege of returning substandard merchandise. Everyone also should read the most recent Amazon reviews about the poor quality of these boots.

Joseph, We are sorry to hear that your shopping experience was not a great one! We would love to make it right. Return Shipping- this fee is only charged if the return label is used for a refund. Exchanges are free of charge. Shipping time- I did check your tracking number to see what the delay was. Unfortunately, the storms in the North West delayed your shipping time as UPS suspended service in the dangerous weather. I do hope this clears up any confusion. I called the store for help and I told them that I have large ankles and lower legs and maybe the boots would be too tight..She suggested roll them down and that would stretch them...I rec'd the boot on time and everything went to put them on and no way so I have done what she suggested by rolling them down and to date I have not been able to get them on my feet..
