I didn’t receive my boots ,stolen

Make sure you try on your boots in a clean white room with nothing able to touch them. I tried on my boots and needed to exchange them since they rubbed my heel wrong. However they wouldnt let me exchange the brand new boots because I got a little dust on the bottom while trying them on. A huge waste of money since they do not stick by their guarantee!

Recently purchased pair of Arctic Sport boots to replace pair of Arctic Pros that failed prematurely. Developed a deep leaking crack along flex seam over top of insole which made boots unusable. This happened after reasonably light use. Tried to contact Muck Boot Co. to see if a repair or replacement might be available. Received no replies. Disappointed in customer service at least.

No sizes fit me. Ordered a 10 and was too small. Ordered an 11 and was too big. Paid so much money to ship back and forth because I live in Hawaii. You need to do half sizes!

Delivery service is dreadful. Been waiting well over a week for two pairs of boots that I bought directly from muck boot company. UPS brought boots to house twice without leaving in safe place or with a neighbour,despite asking them to. I'm at work most days.I asked MBC to cancel the oder but they would not contact UPS. Customer services do not care or answer the phone. Will never buy from them again

Well I have literally had my boots for not even two months and my feet are wet everyday and they are falling apart, I can send pics upon request. I am really sad, for one, I spent all this money on rain boots, two ... They are coming apart in less than two months

No where on the website does it say that you are paying in American funds. You also have to pay duty fees when shipping to Canada. It’s a rip off.

I ordered the black/jade women’s hale boots and they looked nothing like the picture! They were supposed to be teal/blue and they are green! Very very disappointed!

This is the worst online shopping experience I ever have encountered. Shipping took three weeks, and customer service adopted a "washing of the hands" attitude. The boots looked like cheap knock-offs, and they did not have a quality "feel" to them once I tried them on. In addition, the materials were obviously of poorer quality than the materials used on boots of just a few years ago. The Muck Boot Store provided a UPS return label; it then charged $15 for the privilege of returning substandard merchandise. Everyone also should read the most recent Amazon reviews about the poor quality of these boots.

Joseph, We are sorry to hear that your shopping experience was not a great one! We would love to make it right. Return Shipping- this fee is only charged if the return label is used for a refund. Exchanges are free of charge. Shipping time- I did check your tracking number to see what the delay was. Unfortunately, the storms in the North West delayed your shipping time as UPS suspended service in the dangerous weather. I do hope this clears up any confusion. I called the store for help and I told them that I have large ankles and lower legs and maybe the boots would be too tight..She suggested roll them down and that would stretch them...I rec'd the boot on time and everything went to put them on and no way so I have done what she suggested by rolling them down and to date I have not been able to get them on my feet..

The Muck Boot store (not to be mistaken with the Original Muckboot Company Site) very much underimpressed me with their return policy. First of all, and in contrast to 90% of other suppliers, if you want to return your item, you get charged 15 dollars for the delivery (that's archaic for a clothing/shoe seller which should have a free return policy). Furthermore, if you don't return the items in their undamaged, original packaging, they charge a restocking fee of 30%. This wouldn't be a big problem, if they would ship the items with an additional outer box but they just wrap it in flimsy plastic that cannot be reused. Thus, if you want to avoid possible restocking fees, you have to buy your own wrapping/box at additional costs. Although they do price matching, I will never again order through this website due to their horrible return policy.

I purchased boots on line and wore them once and they did not fit correctly and hurt my feet. I tried to exchange for a larger size and was told no because I wore them. I was told I should have wore them for 10 mins in my kitchen. I never heard of such a thing. I've purchased boots from other company's and have always been able to return the boots. I will never purchase anything from your company again.

Your product stands for itself, but we r very upset withour purchase. My husband purchased boots for my son for christmas which ended up not being the proper size. He called back and was informed just to put the boots back in the box and put the address label which came with the boots back on the box for shipping leaving us without a receipt for shipment. Ups come to our location and take several boxes a day and leaves no recept. Also our credit card was stolen so we had to get a new one since this happened which he called twice and gave all the info and we still havent received a credit. We purchased these boots to replace the others due to the fact winter is half over and my son needed boots. We feel that this is unacceptable and if it was up to my husband, we would not have purchased these nor purchase ever again.
