“I was thrilled to be able to find someone who could supply me with a gasket for my drip torch. It's a small piece that the tool is a hazard to use without and hard to source. The manufacturer wouldn't even answer my email. The total cost was high for such a small part but no doubt supply cache didn't get rich off of it. thanks!”

“I thought that the purchased items were reasonably priced, thankful that they were in stock. I was disappointed with the cost of shipping. Yes, I do understand the actual cost of shipping, it was definitely high. I will continue to be a customer. Maybe next time, through in a sticker or a pen (some bling). We like those surprises! “They were good to work with but the pants I ordered were smaller in the waist. I think they were 3 sizes smaller than what they said. I had to return them because they were too small. It was easy to return them.”
