“My order took a few months to get to me, I understand covid has made getting things very difficult. The costumer service was outstanding. I did have to call a few times and check on the order but because of costumer service I’m giving a good review.”

Thanks Mark, We've added a rate for USPS to both AK and HI for smaller items. It is a bit restrictive because of the size limitations but should be a good option for most purchases. Great suggestion!

“Easy to check out and was delivered very timely! I will say I ordered a hat, and it was delivered crammed into a small box that did affect the structure of the brim and crown, which I didn’t love. Just some feedback on packaging hats, as no one wants to receive a hat that has been slightly altered upon delivery.”

“The inventory of fire gear is great, the prices seem competitive, but the shipping department really needs work. I got no delivery time notice after 2 weeks I called and asked why. They told me that one item was back-ordered and were holding up the whole shipment because of one item. They should immediately ship what they have, and then send a second shipment with any back-ordered items...not try to shave their shipping costs.”

“Very good supply source for wildland fire and forestry. Prices are competitive, with some goods being a solid savings compared to other suppliers, but not for every item.. Easy to navigate website and friendly staff if you need to call. I've had a good experience, but always hoping for some better insider-deals to incentivize me to purchase from Supply Cache alone. OH - they are better at telling you if something is in stock, others will sell it and not tell you until you order! (hint, "Suppliers" is in the name)”
