“I urgently needed a new battery for my daughter's Longines wristwatch. I found the Watch Lab online. One phone call established that it could be carried out 'while you wait', at an acceptable price for the quality of watch. Brent Cross is the Watch Lab's only London unit, but I was in north London that day, so it all worked well. The service (and guarantee supplied) I received was first class - thank you. And my daughter was very pleased, too.”

“I recently visited the watch lab to have a new battery and the reseal on a Tissot watch The work was carried out within an hour and the staff was excellent I don't know the young ladies name but she was very helpful I would recommend the watch lab very good value for money”

“Took my Armani watch to be fixed at the Hanley, Potteries Shopping Centre branch as the mechanism had stopped working inside. It got sent off pretty quickly for repair and just by chance I popped in one day to see if it had come back and it had. Was all fixed and cleaned and they had done a fabulous job of it. Will always take my watch here because I know they will look after it and customer service here is perfect!”

“I sent my Micheal Kors watch to Fossil for repair (who I bought from originally) they sent it back as they 'did not have the parts'. I spoke with ths manager from The Watch Lab and after an hour the watches in full working order again, which I was very pleased about. The assistance given was very helpful and overall very pleased with my visit.”

“The work done brought a Timor watch of great sentimental value back to life. The movement was overhauled, the crown replaced and the case polished. Steven Rothwell of your Chester branch managed the transaction in a straightforward manner and the work was completed earlier than anticipated. Many thanks Watch Lab.”

“I took my Rotary watch to the Watch Lab in Buchanan Galleries Glasgow, the staff there were very helpful and friendly, my watch was sent away and returned very quickly, when I got the watch back it was like new!!! they had polished the braclet, very shiny!!!! I would not hesitate to recommend "The Watch Lab" to any of my friends”

“The battery replacement on my Tag Heuer was excellent and it was highlighted that the previous service hadn't even sealed the watch after battery replacement, luckily I don't use it in water. Steve took great pride in his work and promoting the company. My wife has a Cartier and she will be taking it to the Watch Labs when it needs battery replacement or a full service. BRILLIANT!”

“I have a "Next" watch that was bought for me by my sister, so it has a lot of sentimental value. The Watch Lab always do an amazing job, taking great care with it, and making sure it's well looked after. I had it cleaned recently, as well as having the battery replaced... Amazing service throughout the entire procedure. The staff are not only very helpful, AND careful with my watch, they are also very friendly and extremely polite. The service as a whole, is second to none, and cannot be faulted in ANY way. I even had a great conversation/discussion with the staff about all the latest technology, a subject I love. My local Watch Lab is in Chester City Centre.”
