“Oysters were great Previously have ordered an oyster shucker which was really poor quality and only lasted for 24 oysters. I phoned to complain but was told that was ok , and it was unreasonable to expect it to last for longer”

The quality is usually very consistent but on occasion, the odd oyster can be underdeveloped inside. “Excellent customer service and genuinely interested to sort a problem when it arises. If you are not contacted within 24 hours of sending an email, assume it was not received. They seem to promptly answer any queries and try to make it right for the customer. High quality products and options for select Items that are very difficult to find elsewhere. I would order again in the future.”

“I placed 3 online shellfish orders so far with this company. First 2 were well packaged and no issues. Third one was packed miserably with 2 ice packs (see photo) and 3 boxes of fresh scallops that arrived room temperature (not cold). They are to be stored at 5 degrees. Sent an email to the company. No response after a week. Disappointed as I expected better service and customer care for a £76 order.”

“I will be using Wright Bros for all my fish and seafood. Their produce is absolutely excellent both in quality and freshness. A gastronomic delight! The recipes offered are delicious. I have a wide knowledge of food and cooking abd can say with some authority that Wright Bros. are way ahead of any competition. I wish them well and look forward to my next order.”

“Went to some friends and they served us 'your' Salmon en croute, it was absolutely delicious so went on your website and ordered some for our freezer to serve to our family for a 'special meal'. My wife can't wait to serve it up, just a slight problem though when I ordered it which was on a Monday there was 15% off all orders, yet nothing was deducted at the checkout page. I did send you an e-mail but never had any reply.”

Hi Richard, Thanks for taking the time to review the Salmon En Croute. I'm sure you will enjoy it just as much the second time around! It looks like on the Monday you placed your order we were running 15% off our 'healthy fish' collection which didn't include our 'heat at home' range. I'm sorry you didn't get a reply to your email, please check you did not send it to 'noreply@thewrightbrothers.co.uk' as these don't come through to customer services. “Have ordered several boxes of seafood from Wright Bros in the last year after discovering them on line. All boxes come well packed/insulated/chilled or frozen where appropriate and have very good quality shellfish/fish in them. Can highly recommend Wright Bros. Kept up to date with delivery times and all have arrived on time as specified. Thank you!”

“Wow ...instead of eating out we bought Wright bros Wild Turbot and followed their recipe shown on an audio clip. So easy to follow and wonderful results. The flavour and texture just superb. We intend to do the same with lobster, VAR salmon and sea bass in the future as it was also great fun as well as a brilliant meal.”
