“Worst coin supplier in UK,no tel no,does not reply to emails,takes weeks to del,but takes money when you place orders. DO NOT USE THEM”

“You will lose all of your money if you invest in this company, as I nearly did. The scammers prevented me from transferring my money or even accessing my $80,000; all of the forms I needed to use to contact them were no longer accessible. Luckily, I got in touch with [MERSEYHIP.COM LIMITED], and they quickly got all of my money back.”

“Ordered coins on a nxt day delivery at 4.99 and I am stillwaiting for tracking etc. Bad customer service If i could I'd be giving a minus 5 stars.”

“I've had a package that was damaged and items missing by Royal mail and I send back the the returns department. The tracker is showing that it arrived at your warehouse on the 2nd of Sep, In the response on the 18th the person sending me an e-mail claims to have not received the package despite it showing on Royal mail tracker that the package is in Poole where the Koinclub returns address is. I would like a refund or replacement. I should apologize for using a review website to and solve this problem but I'm not. I've been trying to solve this problem since near the middle of last month only to get a reply when I complained on a review website and after waiting 14 days I've run out of patients.”

“Absolute joke of a company. Luckily they haven't scammed me out of money but they decided to mess me around with my subscription. Think again before taking out one as they don't follow it through.”

“I emailed this company twice asking questions about one of their products. In over a month I did not get a response. I recently did it and yet no response. I think they hiding answers about the authenticity of their products.”

“I completed the one set of coins I had ordered which should have been the end of the charges. Well, they signed me up for a new subscription WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! So now they've charged me for and shipped something I have no interest in. Absolutely criminal.”

“I have been collecting a set of coins, but with two problems. Firstly they keep charging me for and sending me the last coin in the set, I have 4 copies of the same coin. Secondly, the only way to contact the company is via email, and they just ignore it. You don’t even get an acknowledgment. I am so disappointed, I like the coins and had intended to collect other sets, but won’t bother now. It just seems like a bit of a scam.”

“Terrible company. I have been using there subscription services to collect 2 coin collections. I haven't recieved all the koins but they have now let the subscriptions run on to other I haven't ordered and do not want. They are product pushing. Horrendous customer services. I cant get hold of anyone to talk/chat/email with. I have tried every way of contact with no response. I returned 2 items and haven't recieved a refund or confirmation after 1 month. I wish inhad never started with koin club. They arnt in the UK, I think they are in Gibraltar. Date of experience: 17 July 2024”

“I decided to invest in Bitcoin. I applied to a ad on Facebook and was approached by different companies offering their services, I chose fxstation and started with the minimum amount. It seemed to be growing steadily and one day I was contacted by A Richard Forbes who wanted to know if I would like to withdraw money from my account. e saidI couls withdraw 2000.00US but I would have to show that I was liquid. I only had 1500.00 in my bank and I sent them some which he said would go right back into my bank along with the 2000.00US This went on for three weeks. He had more excuses why I couldn"t get my money, Finally I received 6000.00+ into my account and they withdrew 600.00 which was all I had left from my original 1500.00 the rest had been withdrawn by them. I was told not to worry and they were just waiting for the money to go through. Well I didn't have to wait long the 6000.00 disappeared I never received a penny of my 1500.00 back and I was left with 10.91 in my bank. I had bills due today and no money to pay them with. I am 73 and live on a Government pension of 1340.00 a month it had taken me forever to save that much money only to be scammed. My advice is do not believe anything you read on company web sites. Do not let anyone into your banking information. If you were scammed change your bank card and log in and pin numbers, Do not deal with FXSTATION as they are not what they claim to be they are scammers. AVOID AVOID!!!!!! However, I've received a REFUND a few days ago after contacting (Evidentltd.com) for assistance.”
