“Customer service is excellent. And the googles are great - except for one thing. The nose piece. I have received 2 pairs now from The Magic 5. Each shipped with a nosepiece that was too large so I swopped out for the smaller nose piece. But once you take out the original nose piece and substitute for another size the fixture does not securely remain in place and the nose piece continually slips out. Today I lost the current nose piece (-) and could not find it on the floor of the swimming pool. Right now I am attempting to superglue the nose fixture in place so this does not happen again. Ideally the design should include a better snapping into place of the nose piece as once the original is replaced with another piece, it no longer snaps into place and will fall out very easily. Fingers crossed super glueing will fix my issues.”

“Love them! I swim roughly every other day in the sea all year round. Last year I wore them for just under 8 hours during a Bristol Channel crossing (25k). I didn't touch the goggles once, and had no discomfort or panda-eyes after. I have 4 pairs depending on the conditions. Perhaps manufacturing a goggle-spray for once the factory anti-fog wears off would be good. The factory coating lasts about a couple of months before they need spraying every swim. Still, small price to pay for excellent fit.”

“The app was a little confusing, I didn't realize I had to make the purchase first and then make the scan. This only threw me off because it was a gift for someone else so I had to secretly scan them twice”
