“Finesse. The plastic parts seem a little roughly made. Visible 'sanding' or drill marks on the bridge.”

“Scanning app could be improved by giving the option to re scan and compare the two results. I was concerned that the scan might not be OK - it was though so this is really just nit picking! When one of the three pairs I ordered started leaking, your customer service was amazing in sending me a new pair - no questions asked! Postal delays to Australia not your fault due to Covid etc”

“Goggles are wonderful. I liked them so much I purchased 3 more as presents. I would like to be able to order for more than one face in one order though as became tricky managing the orders separately.”

“None these goggles are perfect! Maybe and this is only very minor, the rubber on the straps in a little flaky when first used as it is so fresh. But like I say I’m just searching for feedback here. These are the best goggles I’ve ever owned and I’ve been swimming since I was 1!”

“You could cut way back on the marketing emails and such. I think most of us get a lot of these things and unless there’s some useful content, I wish you would cut back on the price pro,options. Free shipping or Saving $5 or 15% is trivial or non important. Your bundles are kinda interesting but the discount alone is not a significant enough to make a compelling offer. Focus on strategic partnerships like with MySwimPro and add value to your customers don’t just leave us feeling you want to sell more product.”
