“I had never EVER coloured my hair so by age 36, I was very apprehensive about starting. I'd watch my friend's horror stories using home colour during the late 90's and early 2000's and was just so against the entire process. When I finally started to have grey's come in, my confidence took a wee hit. As a natural redhead, my hair colour was a firm part of my identity and so I knew I needed something natural that I could easily maintain myself, didn't cost the earth and didn't look like bottled ginger. I found The Shade by word of mouth. The colourist I spoke with put me at ease and they sent me everything I needed to successfully colour my hair myself. With zero experience under my belt, I now have my natural young me hair colour back with no damage and no horror story. I loved the entire experience from website, and questionnaire to support to end colour result. 12/10 keep doing your thing guys! I'll be a lifetime customer.”

“If only I knew about The Shade during the lockdowns! Superb colour choices. In-depth assistance and support by knowledgeable experts/colourists. My hair is naturally dry and is always brittle after dyeing but the quality of The Shade products (smells and feels amazing) makes my hair look better than I could've possibly hoped for. Oh and the online tutorials guided me step-by-step on how to do a quality colouring job at home. IN. LOVE. 😍”

“Took me a while to make a decision and lots of questions to The Shade colorist. I love it, it is shiny, easy (my first time doing it at home), and fast.. definitely recommend it to everyone. I also bought the oil and heated cap, it was delivered missing one plastic cap, I emailed them and received one the following week. Service is great and fast.”

“I have been colouring my hair for over 20 years as I went grey early . The biggest issue I had with colouring my grey roots, using other products, was that the colour faded way too fast on my greys. The Shade colour not only lasts on the grey but keeps it’s vibrant colour until it’s time to do the regrowrh. I love that everything is provided in my pack for easy colouring including great shampoo and conditioner sachets. I’ve been using The Shade for a year now and won’t go back to any other brand.”

“I am sooo happy my friend Steph introduced me to the Share during lockdown. The colourists helped me with my colour by creating the right mix of shades. It's so easy to use, the results look liked were done by a professional, it doesn't make my scalp itchy or dry and my hair always feels shiny and soft afterwards! I'm a fan and have recommended it to so many friends!! I still go to my hair stylist, but with so many grays and having to colour them every 3 weeks, I tend to alternate between The Share and the Hair Colourist.”

“I’m sorry it’s delayed as I had to colour my hair before your product arrived. I love the two new colours you have provided me with. I have only coloured my hair yesterday 11 September. …I’m sending the photos with this email unfortunately they’re in revise order I believe you can figure it out it’s quite clear to pick.
