“Amazing results, to be honest, didn't quite expect it from a home coloring perspective. Beautiful colour and amazing quality of hair and post colour. “First time user and absolutely couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out. I ordered Copper Golden Blonde and put that over a faded light brown and it has turned into more of a beautiful auburn and has left my hair shiny and feeling amazing. I only have 1 issue and that’s I have quite thick hair and would like a extra option for more colour as well as the developer on top on the extra plan i already have.”

“Started to get bad, grey regrowth so decided to try The Shade and wow, amazing results! My hair is so soft and shiny and the greys are completely gone. I normally spend a lot of money at the salon and I have to say this colour has turned out even better!”

“Great product,easy to apply and it left my hair in great condition.I chose the shade Genoa,a neutral brown as I wanted my foiled hair to be all one colour again.The colour turned out darker than I wanted but I anticipated this happening and the colour lightened a little bit after a few washes and I also got use to the new colour,so I'm very happy,it looks like a professional colour and it is lasting really well,next time I'm going to try the bleach wash and then my shade to go a little lighter for the winter.I would highly recommend The shade”

“I’m really impressed with this product. The colour is perfect and it smells great too. Although it’s a bit more fiddly To use than most home kits, due to mixing it in the bowl, it uses less plastic overall and the tray and container keep any mess to a minimum! “Love my new colour, the shade bleaching kit was quite gentle and DID NOT turn my hair Orange as a similar product from the supermarket would. The hair colour does not have a chemical smell, it smells really nice. It covered my hairs well and conditioned my hair as a good quality permanent colour should. Very happy with my results, will continue to use this product 100% satisfied.”

“Really love the products, the colour is beautiful and left my hair shiny, I will happily continue to use it. The few members of staff I interacted with were very nice and did their best to be helpful. The only reason I gave only 4 stars is the slow delivery. I'm on my second order and it's again looking like 2 weeks to get a small package to Rockhampton. Just have to allow for that when ordering.”

“I thought I'd try The Shade and I love, love, LOVE it! There's no harsh smell, no fumes, the product isn't messy and doesn't drip. I chose 6.53 Paola and it is a beautiful shade that injected some life, warmth and richness into my hair, giving it a beautiful chocolate brown hue without making my hair too dark (Due to medication I'm on, my hair is curly and fine, but also frizzy and a bit coarse at the same time and other brands, both home and professional, often turn it too dark. I think it's the strange texture of my hair that is responsible for this).”
