“I have just had "light brown" applied to my grey roots and love the shade. The texture is good and application by my hairdresser was excellent. I am very happy.”

“Everything was supplied and worked great. Love the colour. A super awesome service as I live rural and can't always get what I am after in town. I particularly liked the barrier oil... this was the first time my sister didn't paint half my forehead 😀”

“Love the presentation, the colour was gorgeous and my hair looks so shiny and healthy. The cape, brush etc is great and the protective oil and the colour remover are a great addition that you don’t get from other store bought colours. My only concern is the amount of packaging/rubbish but not sure how else you would do it. Overall loved it and will keep using it.”

“Good quality product, easy to do myself and nice to have little things like the cape and mat included with it. Didn't make much difference to the colour of my hair (I picked a shade recommended for lightening 2 shades) but seems to have covered the greys.”

“I was a little skeptical that this would be the same as the supermarket boxes I usually use which have destroyed my hair! Boy, was I wrong!! Easy to apply, smells amazing and has left my hair with a beautifully natural blonde shade. Most importantly, my hair does not feel like it’s falling apart! It feels soft, shiny and new. I love it and will be continuing with my orders! Thanks!”

“After having Dengue Fever, I lost a lot of hair and my naturally blonde hair became a very dull grey underneath. After one use I found The Shade to be gentle, conditioning my hair and the best is the color which was Amalfi- Light Blonde, actually removed the dull gray colour without me even using the extra developer. I highly recommend this product.”

“Am very happy with the colour I picked which gives overall good coverage on my hair when someone does it for me. I just top up the top part of my head in between when I notice white re-growth. Very successful and a lot cheaper than going to the hairdressers.”

“This Italian-made product is a delight to work with. All the self-colouring steps have been systematically well-thought-out and each product is like a little high-performing star in its own right. It's refreshing to not have the sickly smell of ammonia, and then to finish off with high performing shampoo and a conditioner (a little goes a long way and hair is silky smooth afterwards) has been a welcome change. More than this, the personalised help I've had from Camilla has changed from nervous exchanges with hairdressers with in-chair, overpriced salon experiences, to someone who really listens and gets my concerns and then like magic, has instant and perfect solutions. This is a cracker of a little company that ticks all the boxes for me and consistently delivers. Great product, great price, great service.”

“A very loving friend introduced me to The Shade, having the trial offfer I didn’t think twice and placed an order. This was after my last wed colouring with L’Oréal went bad as I got a reaction and I was loosing a lot of hair. After my first time with The Shade, I washed my hair and felt the difference straight away. When It was dry I saw the perfect shade I wanted and my hair felt silky and soft. I used only this brand for a while and when I went travelling I didn’t use anything else. I love the results it provides and every time I need an assistance the customer service is beyond amazing. Go try it.”

“An excellent choice. The colour is well suited for me and there is some choice. Apllication is like going to the hairdresser without really going. Very professionally organised. Highly recommend. I am HIGHLY allergic now to PPD so needed another option - my first choice, the colours were not extensive and the product I chose too red/orange for me as a brunette. The Shade offered Ash tones as well. Thank you.”
