“I love love love this system and the product is awesome. I specifically was after a hair colour that was cruelty free and looked great; The Shade nailed it! The regular order system sealed the deal for me, no longer do I have to try to remember in advance of looking in the mirror and thinking I need to get my hair done - this is delivered to me on time, every time!”

“My home colour experience has been great! It is no trouble for me to do it myself and the colour turns out just how I would like it to be - Sienna Brown. I have used "The Shade" now for about 6 years and am thrilled with the results. My (49) daughter also uses the same colour and finds it easy to use. My photo is not my best as I was looking at a Birthday card I was given. I am (74) with wrinkles but my head of hair shows up well. Margaret”

“I love this hair colour. It doesn't build up over time like other hair colours requiring you to re-set after a while as the shade of your hair gets darker and darker. This one gives me perfect colour every time and gives my hair bounce.”

“I am happy with the product. I am using it for more than a year - no reaction/allergy. I was colouring my hair myself during lockdowns but as the various lockdowns were lifted, my hairdresser does it for me. I have longish curly hair and it is much easier if she, with her experience, colours my hair. Easy product to use otherwise and I recommend it.”

“I tried The Shade on the recommendation of a friend. It was easy to submit my query and photo and I received my colour consultation in no time. Communication regarding the delivery of my order was excellent and I received it promptly (given current postal delays). I was SO impressed with the product. It was so easy to use and I was beyond delighted with the result. The colour looks great and my hair feels amazing. I'm so pleased that I won't be going back to salon colouring in a hurry, even though we're now out of lockdown.”

“This product is of the Highest quality the colour, the developer, the shampoo, and conditioner. The result I have achieved at home is the best I have ever had and better than the salon. The product is so easy to use. The colour selection is amazing backed up by excellent customer support who answered every question and offered excellent advice.
