“At 51, I obviously have a little sprinkle of glitter coming through. I was sick and tired of paying a small fortune to cover them. I discovered The Shade after it popped up on my Facebook feed. It is one of the best things I have purchased for my hair. Covers the glitter, my hair is soft and shiny. I can now touch up at home, I don’t have to spend hundreds to look fab! And I have some time back as well, can apply to my roots, go about my household chores then rinse it off, no more leaving the house and spending hours at the salon!!!! “I recently used The Trento-ash brown hair colour and was happy with the result-it provided great coverage and left my hair feeling soft and healthy. However, I was expecting a more ash tone. After a few washes, I noticed that the copper tones became more visible rather than the ash colour I was hoping for. Overall, it's a high-quality product, but I would love if the ash tones lasted longer.”

“I purchased this product following recommendations from a friend. I did the quiz and chose my shade. The result ended up being darker than I expected, but the overall result was good. The kit I received was missing the stain remover satchet though, which was disappointing. I suggest you state on the advertisement that you need to psosess a dye brush as this is not included in the kit.”

“Hair feels incredible! I have naturally dark blonde hair with grown out blonde highlights. A bit darker than expected but it's only a semi permanent so not a problem. I wanted to darken my grown out blonde highlights and give a more even look. Mixed 50:50 - 8.1 (Ash Blonde) : 8.2 (Beige Blonde)”

I can see that you didn't complete our Online Colour Consultation, or contact one of our colourists for advice before purchasing. Had you contacted us, we certainly wouldn't have recommended the colour you chose. An orange/brassy result will be seen when you lighten your hair by too many levels.
