“I really LOVE The Shade! I had grown out my hair to my natural colour (see first pic) and worn it proudly for over 5 years. But I really wanted a change. With the help and advice of Camilla, Colourist at The Shade, I choose the colour duo - Napoli 7 Dark Blonde and San Remo 8.13 Light Ash Golden Blonde. I only used the #20 developer and it worked a treat. The process was really easy but, best of all, I just love the result (see second pic). The colour combination works really well with my curly hair and it has a multi-dimensional finish - not flat. My hair feels lovely afterward, too. Thank you so much.”

“I’ve used the Shade once and have just received my second order. I love this product. My hair is shiny, it’s the perfect colour for me and the application was so easy. The Shade has thought of everything in their kit to make it an easy application and the colour itself is so gentle on my skin and scalp. I love how my colour is lasting longer than the supermarket brands too. So thrilled I found this product! Will be recommending.”

“I found my whole experience with The Shade to be fantastic. I’ve started using home hair dyes in the last year as the cost and time to go to a salon was just not feasible anymore. I was sick of the hit and miss results of supermarket kits so turned to The Shade hoping for a better result and I’m so happy I did. I uploaded my mess of a before picture, dodgy patchwork colour and greys taking over, and a colourist matched me based on my desired results. I had a slight issue with the order when it came, which was really my doing after messing up promo codes, and they rectified the situation immediately and sent me what I needed to get started. The results are fantastic after only one use my colour is so much fresher and more professional looking. My hair felt so healthy after and I’m looking forward to using it again through my subscription and keep improving on my results. 10/10 would recommend.”

“I used a duo mix of 8 / 7.43 to get an auburn shade on my mid brown hair. My hair was a washed out light copper with grey in my regrowth so decided to use the permanent colour. Applied to the roots first then the rest of my hair. The thickness of the mix is good, it doesnt run and doesnt have a chemical smell. I have a sensitive scalp and didnt have any problems after using. The conditioner is great, left my hair very soft and shiny and again doesnt have a strong smell. Very pleased with the finished result and I will be using this going to the future as its easier and cheaper than going to the hairdressers every 8 weeks. Recommended!”
