“I decided to try your product as my wife has used it for sometime and she is very happy with it. I wanted to reduce my grey without it looking obvious. I have used other products for years but had scalp irritation recently due to the chemicals in the product. Plus it was not covering my greys near the roots. I emailed one of your advisors who was extremely helpful in assisting me find just the look I wanted. I am very very happy with the shade and colour and no one has said I’ve had my hair coloured, which is just what I wanted. I also love the fact that I am not using harmful chemicals on my hair anymore. My hair feels softer and looks more natural. Thank you so much.”

“I was super nervous initially, but the colour consultants were fantastic and gave me so much advice and help! I eventually went with a Duo of Bellara Dark Ash Blonde and Montecristo Light Ash Brown. I found that it didn't totally cover some of my really fine grey hairs, but that could also have been my application method, so I'll make sure to apply more dye to those trouble spots next time. Overall, I'm happy with the colour and it has saved me SO MUCH money at the salon.”

“Amazing company, when I had a glitch and accidentally ordered the tsubaki oil the support team refunded me straight away. After the company accidentally sent it to me I offered to send it back but they told me to keep it because it was there mistake. Such rare fantastic customer service! Shout out to the amazing Maria and Craig! I also loved the products super easy to use and I love the effect on my hair, it’s not drying at all!”

“I have been using THE SHADE for about 2 years now and I LOVE it. Occasionally if I am travelling and I have forgotten my little square box, I will buy a kit from the chemist... and I always regret it. Even the other Italian "organic" brand makes my scalp HURT. THE SHADE NEVER hurts and the colours are lovely. I do change it up now and again and the colourist checklist and support are always great. I love how simple and effective the subscription is, just set and forget... it arrives and I dye my hair again. Before THE SHADE I was going *weeks* between dyes because I would not get to the shop or forget until late that night... now I can always have nice hair colour... and if I need more, I just order another one in between my regular delivery. If you are thinking about it, just give it a go... you won't regret it. BY FAR the best at-home hair dye I have ever used. It is also better for my scalp than the in salon ones.”

“After years of using awful packet hair color and my hair feeling like straw for days after The Shade is honestly a God send! Not only convenient that it ships on a regular basis to my door, the smell doesn't give you a headache and hardly stains the hairline.
