“I am extremely disappointed with The Souled Store's service. I placed an order on the 5th of June, and despite waiting more than 10 days, my order is still stuck in the "shipped" status and hasn't been picked up by the courier. I needed this item for a special occasion, but the delay has ruined my plans. This is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from here again.”

“Exceptional service from Anuj Lavania from the DB Mall souled store location in Bhopal . I live in the US and wanted to order a couple of t shirts from your store so that my friend who was visiting could pick it up on his return. Anuj’s attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. He went above and beyond to help me procure all my t shirts, placed the order for me from the warehouse to the store location as shipping it to my friends residence could be delayed due to unforeseen issues and a store pick up Was more guaranteed considering the tight timelines. He was prompt in following up regarding my order and kept me posted with responses and updates whenever I checked. Even when he was out of working hours, he coordinated and helped. That shows amazing commitment and gold standard customer service! Always a souled store fan and now with this kind of customer service, you guys have my loyalty and recommendation for life, thanks to his outstanding assistance!”

“Very very poor customer service. Got the wrong product, and then when I called up to complain, three different people answered all 3 times, with zero knowledge of what to do except to say they would enquire and get back. Nobody got back. Now I am having a wrongly delivered item and paid for this product and nobody to take responsibility . 😠 😡. I have written to them , hoping to get a reply. Waiting to see what happens. Highly IRRESPONSIBLE ‼️‼️‼️😠😠😠”

“The clothes quality and designs are good, but their customer care support is really poor. If you want to return/exchange the product (Online) and get a refund, the process for the same takes forever with multiple follow-ups from your end. I purchased one T shirt and wanted to return the same due to the size issue, and I initiated the return in the month of Nov, 2023. The product was picked up in the first week of Jan, 2024 after calling them 7 times and dropping multiple emails. It's already March and I still have not received my refund yet, again I have already called them 3 times and dropped 2 emails.”

“Poor delivery partnership, unable to deliver a product after so many delays. Don't have a backup if delivery otp is not received. They are fast in canceling the product and refund rather than addressing the underlying delivery concern.”

“i have shopped for 3 joggers, 5 t-shirts (for myself and as gifts) and a jacket over the course of a year and here's what i would say -the designs are good - delivery was fast(2 days for me) - return was also fast(almost 3 days) - the quality could be a lot better for some products (jackets and windcheaters) - joggers were of slick design and awesome quality (easily a 10/10) - a little overpriced but wait for festivals and buy a membership if you wanna shop frequently and you are good to go”

“Souled Store is one of the worst brands to buy the products. 1. Overly priced with below standard quality 2. No.1 Fraud Organization who loots consumers by making them pay extra for the Membership plan and delays the delivery of the product by 3 weeks and doesn't refund the amount. 3. Consumers should think 1000 times before wasting money on these frauds. 4. Once you have placed the order, the Souled store will delay your delivery and when asked about the reason for the delay, they put the blame on the 3rd party delivery partner. Surprisingly the Membership Plan claims to deliver the orders earlier than the normal delivery i.e the delivery on priority for the souled store members. But they delayed the product delivery by 3 weeks and didn't even refund the amount. Their executives made false promises on compensating with the TSS points but didn't receive either the refund or the TSS points. They just held my money saying it is not refundable. BIG FRAUDS and CHEATS. SHAMELESS PEOPLE.”

“Coming with experience shopping in US, I must admit I am super impressed with Souled Store online. Return process was extremely easy, just make sure you save the package the items came in. Refund goes back to your choose of either back to original payment or store credit. I was forced to try different sizes since I was not sure about the fitting. I am now exploring into boxers and other items on the store sites I would recommend this store.”

“I have placed return on 26 sept and today already 30 sept Your policy show 2 days within initiated but still not getting any response i feel very bad and fedup to try and try again from 4 days and still not able to contact anyone in your service. i was expecting very much from this store but they let me down after giving such kind of service if i got to contact number the audio repeatidly saying our team is busy so try again later.... if i chat it showing me same computer generated texted....”

“Worst courier service and inefficient customer support. Be careful while buying any item online because if it does fit you or the quality is not what you expected then the options are either you forget the cash which you paid or change your body according to the dreas you ordered. Returning the item is not difficult, it is impossible even if you want it shipped back by yourself they wont give you the address. Inshort: if you miss the fit you lose the cash. Return policy is just for a name sake”
