I ordered a freezer from them via Amazon, when unpacked it didn’t have the food boxes only a front cover and shelve, this was not visible from the advert. Also smaller than expected informed to send back and get a refund. The cost of sending it back (I live in Scotland) varies between £150 and £200, the item only cost £118 so now stuck with an item I don’t want, the company were of no help only kept saying you will get a refund when we get it back, avoid this company

Appalling customer service. I ordered an undercounter freezer from The Wright Buy Ltd company. They were adamant I had made the mistake as they sent me an undercover fridge which I did not want. A replacement freezer was ordered and sent out. As regards the return of the unordered fridge, I was advised to contact Parcel Monkey who would pick up the fridge and return it to The Wright Buy Ltd. I was told that I would receive a refund when the fridge was returned. That cost me £25.00 approx. All this took place in the middle of SEPTEMBER and I am still waiting for my refund. On telephoning the company on Thurs 17th Oct I was told I couldn't/wouldn't receive a refund until I produced the Parcel Monkey tracking number. Luckily I hadn't deleted that particular email. So I've now been trying to email the company on the email address given out by them on their telephone answer machine. Guess what? My emails keep bouncing back. I think it it is time to get both Amazon and Trading Standards involved. Refund promised: 13.09.2024. Today's date: 18.10.2024

I bought a new freezer on turning it over l noticed serious burnt parts looked like it had been on fire l asked for an immediate refund they said sorry we can't refund until we receive it back.. do they seriously think a 70 year old disabled person is going to put themselves in danger of a fire from a dangerous freezer stay away from this company with their shoddy and unsafe goods

I wish I could rate it minus 5. Please DO NOT buy from them . The worst customer services ever . I got a fridge , it had scratches and dents . Returned it and got another one, the fridge is not working at the top . They have zero remorse and they are the worst company ever

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent purchase experience. I ordered a Microwave Oven from Amazon, enticed by the promised two-day delivery time. However, this has proven to be the most frustrating and disappointing purchase I have ever made. The delivery was handled by an unknown company, APC, instead of Amazon. The Wright Buy Ltd, the seller, claimed they attempted delivery, but no card was left, and my Ring doorbell did not record any activity. As someone who works from home, I can confirm that no delivery attempt was made. In response to this failure, I called to cancel my order. Kirsty at The Wright Buy Ltd assured me that the order was canceled and that my refund would be processed. Despite this, three days later, I received a message stating that the order had been delivered—to a neighbor’s house I did not authorize. This occurred after the cancellation was supposedly processed. Now, The Wright Buy Ltd expects me to arrange for the item to be collected from a different address, and they refuse to process my refund until they receive the item back. This is unacceptable. The mistake was theirs, and they should not expect me to resolve their errors. Despite contacting Amazon, who assured me a refund within 48 hours and advised me to cease communication with The Wright Buy Ltd, I have since received four harassing messages from The Wright Buy Ltd . These messages insist they will not process my refund until the Microwave Oven is returned—an item I never received and no longer want. I urge other potential buyers to beware of The Wright Buy Ltd. Their customer service is atrocious, and their delivery standards fall far short of what is expected from Amazon. The Microwave Oven might seem like a good deal, but the aggravation and poor service that come with it are not worth it. Kayleigh from The Wright Buy Ltd has even threatened to withhold my refund if I don’t respond to their messages. This level of service is diabolical and unacceptable. I would never recommend The Wright Buy Ltd to any of my friends and family and urge all other potential buyers to think again and shop elsewhere!! The Wright Buy Ltd is not a reputable company and there customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced. BUYERS BEWARE!!

The 99L item was considerably bigger than what's mentioned in the description (Width and Depth), initiated the return process, and was advised that i'd have to pay for postage myself (£49) which is almost half of the price of the item at the time, as they don't collect items. Luckily, Amazon is looking to refund the postage amount. Just feel fortunate that Amazon was in the middle, otherwise i'd have to take the loss. Horrible experience, I'll definitely pay mroe attention to refund policies after this event, thanks for the learning opportunity i guess...

I have bought an induction Hob as packed in 5 days before guarantee runs out, they send would refund, after a week I am still waiting for refund, I don’t have pay pal, so say they can’t refund, they can’t send telephone number, EBay say they have my bank details, I asked for them to send a cheque, I have photoed my email address and sent that which they asked for, Kayleigh has sent 5 emails do knows the situation, as the other emails are by different people. I am getting two emails a day with no refund yet. I have noticed on remarks that somebody else has had no luck with a.refund. My email is at the bottom again as requested, on emails trying to get a refund back. They said they don’t have that job anymore.

Ordered a wine cooler. Company said nobody was home when it was delivered. Amazon state the item is lost! Which one is it? I have requested a refund 3 times now but to no avail. Looks like I’ll have to go down the legal route.

Worse experience I have ever had Freezer arrived in a shocking state one leg support missing wires or cables split and showing inside it looks as it had been a return at some point it says that the company is a reseller so not sure where stock comes from but I wouldn’t buy stay well clear I had to take two days off work to wait for a return which I don’t get paid for I’m well out of pocket beeare

Total disgrace I bought a counter top fridge so I had more fridge capacity for Xmas I ordered it on 15th Dec and was told delivery would be by xmas eve at the latest.(the courier has had it since the 16th). It is now the 29th Dec and I still don't have it.I emailed them explaining that now xmas was passed it was not needed now as they had not delivered when they were supposed to and I've been told that I will only receive a refund 130 pounds when they receive it back from the courier and its been checked over.Today I've received an email from amazon saying the item is probably lost ,so what on earth is going to happen about my money .Why should I have to wait until they get it back when I never received it in the 1st place .Total con of a company I can't afford to lose over 100 pound and wish I had never parted with my money to them.Anyone thinking of using this company please think again and use a reputable company .

I purchased a cookology wine cooler in sept 20 which I did not plug in till December I noticed it was not cold enough so went through the instructions again , I sent an email to cookology who have never replied I then called them and was told To go back to supplier which I did and was told to check various things which I did , when I got back in touch I was told it was out of warranty umm it’s only July not sept still battling them been to trading standards , as the goods have never worked as described I should expect a repair and if not possible a replacement so let’s wait and see will keep you posted. DO NOT BUY from this company, they are complete and utter con artists! If I could give Zero stars I would! I bought a ‘recirculating cookology downdraft extractor fan with extra carbon filter’ only to find out that it doesn’t recirculate at all, after 4 weeks of chasing and hardly any response I was told to ‘block the hole with a sponge’… or ‘let the grease circulate in the cupboard underneath in your new kitchen’ I would avoid using this company at all costs, I now have to replace the item at my own cost as well as buy a new breakfast bar worktop. I hope that no one uses this unprofessional company and suffers the same money loss and time waste I have! No wonder even the good reviews are about taking back faulty goods!

Item not arrived for over 2 weeks. Contacted them and was told it would arrive in the next few days. Still nothing, contacted agin and told it had been delivered a week ago. I had to call the delivery depot myself to arrange a redelivery. Don't buy from here.

After 17 months the wine cooler purchased from them packed up. As it was outside the guarantee I called a technician and he said that I needed spare parts and that his company could not find them anywhere. I contacted The WrightBuy, the Amazon seller, but It is impossible to get service from them, they just dismissed me as item not under guarantee any longer; they do not provide service, repairs or spare parts and when I asked where I could get spare parts they were unable to provide a contact number of a supplier for these. All they were worried about was that I might ask for compensation. Avoid them if you can!

The reviews on trustpilot must be fake... First time to purchase, was offered 1st January as a delivery date, sat at home the whole day waiting for nothing. I tried tracking the delivery, the courier's website showed no update. I then tried to contact Wrightbuy both by livechat and phone, I stayed on the phone for more than 3 hours and finally gave up as no one picked up the phone, how bizarre even where it's very busy. First time to buy but will certainly be the last... Still waiting for dishwasher to show up, The Wrightbuy haven't even bothered with sending me an update, disgusting service. Thanks the Wrightbuy for ruining my 1st January, I'm sure your staff enjoyed theirs, they didn't even pick up the phone... Do not buy from them, avoid the stress...

Our parcel was lost in transit just before Christmas. I had contact from 3 company members all of which were so helpful. They offered all options including a replacement with no guarentee it would arrive before Christmas ....well they arranged a special overnight delivery at no expense and we received it on Christmas Eve so I would highly recommend this family business to anyone and once again thank them for a fantastic service.

I have had a POSITIVE experience with this company. The first microwave arrived on time with online courier updates but the item was damaged in 2 places presumably in transit. (They must throw the boxes around to get this sort of damage or be dropped from a height.) However on contacting the company promtly and providing photos. I was refunded the same day and re-purchased. Perhaps extra FRAGILE labels on box would remind handlers that they could damage contents if dropped. It is such a waste to have a new piece of equipment rendered unsaleable and consigned to the tip because of insufficient packing and careless handling, and from other comments this does not appear to be an isolated case. The second microwave arrived on time and all was in OK. I cannot comment on future service if I have a problem during guarantee period. So well done Kayleigh and the team.
