“It's so refreshing to find occasion cards that are original and stand out from the norm. Thortful cards are of excellent quality, realistically priced and their service is efficient. We were kept well informed of delivery dates by email. We will definitely be using Thortful again for birthdays, Christmas or any other occasions. Thank you for being Thortful.”

“Very frustrating experience. When editing the text inside the card, it kept changing my text layout and saying I'd gone over the line limit (when I had two spare lines) after pressing update. Shame, as the cards are okay.”

Hi Dagmar, Thanks for your review and we're sorry to hear your order has not arrived as expected. If your order was to a UK address, it will have been dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Post; whilst this is a next day service with 93% of post arriving the next working day, they admit a few percent of cards do take up to 3 working days to arrive. Unfortunately if your card still hasn't arrived after this point then your order has likely gotten caught up in that unlucky few and is taking a little longer to arrive, and as the Royal Mail offer no way of tracking their letters/cards there’s limit to we can do once they are in the postie’s hands. We’re really sorry about this! We always make sure that orders are dispatched promptly in order to give them the best possible chance of arriving on time, however unfortunately a small percentage of cards do get lost in the post. “There is a great selection of cards - some filthy, others sweet. At first I thought the cards were expensive. However I purchased 8 for £20.00 so £2.50 each which is about the same as a High Street card shop. When the cards arrived they were such good quality. Not thin and flimsy - really strong with good tough envelopes. Like i say some of the cards make you gasp so know your audience before sending. I will DEFINITELY use Thortful again - love them xx”

“On two different occasions I have not had the cards delivered on time having paid for next day delivery. The first order was delivered 4 days late, The second has still not arrived after 5 days, Do not waste your money,”

“Love the humour, love the cards and great prices. But two cards ordered have not arrived on the expected day. OK if it's just a note or a joke but not good for an occasion so I'm disappointed. Will use for cards when it doesn't matter when they land but not for a dated occasion.”

“Have had such a positive experience with this company. Have used it numerous times and always been impressed with the quality and fast delivery. Their way of dealing with issues has been outstanding with quick very friendly and thorough replies and fast action taken. I would recommend this over every other card company they have such a variety too.”

“What a FANTASTIC idea. I have been blessed to receive a birthday and mother’s day gift card with a present enclosed from my son who is travelling in Thailand. Each occasion the card made me laugh and the sentiment printed inside was clearly written by my son. I am sure anyone receiving a card from Thoughtful will be Thrilled 😁”
