“There is a great selection of cards - some filthy, others sweet. At first I thought the cards were expensive. However I purchased 8 for £20.00 so £2.50 each which is about the same as a High Street card shop. When the cards arrived they were such good quality. Not thin and flimsy - really strong with good tough envelopes. Like i say some of the cards make you gasp so know your audience before sending. I will DEFINITELY use Thortful again - love them xx”

“On two different occasions I have not had the cards delivered on time having paid for next day delivery. The first order was delivered 4 days late, The second has still not arrived after 5 days, Do not waste your money,”

Hi Raymond, Thanks for your review and we're sorry to hear your order has not arrived and even more so to hear that this is not the first time you've experienced issues with your order. Having checked, I can confirm your order was dispatched on 17th July. Your order was dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Post; whilst this is a next day service with 93% of post arriving the next working day, they admit a few percent of cards do take up to 3 working days to arrive. Unfortunately it sounds like your order had gotten caught up in that unlucky few and is taking a little longer to arrive, and as the Royal Mail offer no way of tracking their letters/cards there’s limit to we can do once they are in the postie’s hands. We’re really sorry about this! We always make sure that orders are dispatched promptly in order to give them the best possible chance of arriving on time, however unfortunately a small percentage of cards do get lost in the post. We can see that you've been in touch with our team and they have refunded you for your orders, however, please do let us know if you have any further issues and we'll do our best to be of help. “Love the humour, love the cards and great prices. But two cards ordered have not arrived on the expected day. OK if it's just a note or a joke but not good for an occasion so I'm disappointed. Will use for cards when it doesn't matter when they land but not for a dated occasion.”

“Have had such a positive experience with this company. Have used it numerous times and always been impressed with the quality and fast delivery. Their way of dealing with issues has been outstanding with quick very friendly and thorough replies and fast action taken. I would recommend this over every other card company they have such a variety too.”

“What a FANTASTIC idea. I have been blessed to receive a birthday and mother’s day gift card with a present enclosed from my son who is travelling in Thailand. Each occasion the card made me laugh and the sentiment printed inside was clearly written by my son. I am sure anyone receiving a card from Thoughtful will be Thrilled 😁”

“Excellent customer service when my card failed to arrive. Not only did they reply within 15 mins if my query, but they sent me a replacement card free if charge and added a 50% discount to my account for the next order I place.”

“Received a white box with a design stuck to it and it included a bar of cheap chocolate. Very disappointed and threw the lot in the bin. Save your time and money and go else where.”
