“I have been using Thortful now for all my card needs for a while. They are beautifully made, unique and always quickly delivered. The one time I had a small issue with delivery the Support team was amazing and helped me with all my needs quicker than any other support team has. I recommend them to all my friends and family and to you!”

“Vary rarely I leave feedback, but I just have to for Thortful. From the easy to order, up to delivery of some fantastically different cards. Delivery was very quick, very well packed. My communications with the company is really friendly . I will definitely be using this company again very soon. Many thanks Thortful.”

“This was my first time using Thortful and I was more than happy with every single aspect of my experience. Thortful checked that my order had arrived (which is new to me) which highlighted I'd put in an incorrect delivery address. They offered to re-issue my card at no extra cost which goes above and beyond what's expected as far as I'm concerned. The website, the delivery times and the card itself were all excellent and I've already placed another order and will absolutely be using them again. Thank you!”

“It's so refreshing to find occasion cards that are original and stand out from the norm. Thortful cards are of excellent quality, realistically priced and their service is efficient. “Very frustrating experience. When editing the text inside the card, it kept changing my text layout and saying I'd gone over the line limit (when I had two spare lines) after pressing update. Shame, as the cards are okay.”

Hi Dagmar, Thanks for your review and we're sorry to hear your order has not arrived as expected. If your order was to a UK address, it will have been dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Post; whilst this is a next day service with 93% of post arriving the next working day, they admit a few percent of cards do take up to 3 working days to arrive. Unfortunately if your card still hasn't arrived after this point then your order has likely gotten caught up in that unlucky few and is taking a little longer to arrive, and as the Royal Mail offer no way of tracking their letters/cards there’s limit to we can do once they are in the postie’s hands. We’re really sorry about this! We always make sure that orders are dispatched promptly in order to give them the best possible chance of arriving on time, however unfortunately a small percentage of cards do get lost in the post.
