“Very quick delivery, given the short time of high demand they dealt with. Great customer service too. Thortful helped to mark Covid-19 Mother's Day, via mail, at short notice. Highly recommended. Great products, excellent service.”

“This company is brilliant, the cards are wickedly funny (my rule when I buy one is that it has to make me laugh out loud) and the service is excellent. Prices are reasonable, no different to driving to the shop and cheaper than most hallmark ones nowadays. I like the gift options (socks or choccies) but wish there were more, such an easy fix when you've forgotten someone a week before Christmas. Overall a fantastic company, great customer service and just can't recommend them enough!”

“Amazing company! Sadly my work was closed down due to Coronavirus which resulted in me not being able to receive a Mother’s Day card for my wife. I got in touch with Thortful and without hesitation then sent another card to my home address free of charge. What an amazing service!”

“I always order my cards from Thortful as fantastic range, great value and brilliant service. I had an issue with my last order not arriving (through no fault of theirs) and they have literally bent over backwards to ensure a new card was printed and posted that day which arrived the next day! Honestly such excellent service, would highly recommend Thortful to all! Huge thanks guys!!”

“I placed my first order with Thortful and was really pleased with the choice of cards on offer. I received the order but unfortunately it contained the wrong cards. I contacted the company via email and they replied very promptly and apologised for the error and resent the order the same day. All sorted with timely and polite service. To me, this is what makes a good company by providing good customer service when mistakes are made. Thank you!”

“Fantastic service! I ordered 2 Mother’s Day cards (1 from me and 1 from my dog to my mum lol!) They arrived the next day! Both cards were adorably well packaged and really good condition. I stupidly entered my email address incorrectly when registering but the customer service team soon corrected this for me. The customer service has been second to none! They even emailed me to check I had received and am happy with my order! Would recommend to anyone! The cards are fabulous (and comical In my case), quality and just as cheap as a card from the local CO OP! X”

“There was a mix up with my address when I ordered my card. The service I received to resolve this was absolutely outstanding, they were extremely helpful and they went above and beyond to resolve my issues. I can not recommend enough!”

“I received a card I ordered which had clearly been damaged on purpose, even though the envelope stated ‘please do not bend’ I contacted Thortful with my issue, which they dealt with immediately. Their customer service team was fantastic and a new card was re ordered at no extra cost and was with me within a couple of days. I can’t recommend them enough.”
