“Excellent help and support from everyone I spoke to. Very quick responses to all of my questions and very quick to troubleshoot the problem. I would have liked the option to have an engineer come out and look at the problem and maybe this could be an option in future. I think this would have solved it a lot quicker, but overall really happy with the level of support.”

“The Cetrus3D printer is flawless and a joy to use. The mysterious bed coating works every time. Due to clutter on my bench I was running it sitting on my lap yesterday and even my moving did not disturb the printing. I have five 3D printers and if the part is small enough to fit the bed it is printed on the Cetrus3D.”
