“Tie matched the colour online, good price for tie and pocket square.
I needed this for a wedding and paid 10 days before, when there was 3 days left the tie & pocket square had not arrived. Rang up and explained it had been posted but not yet arrived. Gentlemen said “wait until 2pm to see if it’s royal mail, if it doesn’t arrive then we’ll send out another one with DPD for 24 hours so it’ll get to you before the wedding.”
I thought this was great customer service, going above and beyond to help. The tie did arrive with Royal Mail, but I was glad to know of the replacement if needed”

We're a little confused by the 1-star rating. If you could kindly check your order confirmation, you'll see the estimated delivery window was Thursday 2nd July – Monday 6th July, and Royal Mail's delivery confirmation shows that your parcel was delivered on Saturday 4th July, which was within the estimated delivery timeframe.
We offer three delivery options, ranging from DPD Next Working Day to our free delivery service, with each option displaying its own estimated delivery dates at checkout so customers can choose the service that best suits their requirements.
If your order was needed sooner, our DPD Next Working Day delivery option would have been the most suitable choice, whereas the free delivery service has a longer estimated delivery window.

Your order was dispatched via DPD, and the estimated delivery date provided at the time of purchase was Thursday, 25 June. DPD has confirmed that the parcel was successfully delivered on that date.
