I would like to clarify that your order was dispatched on 1st June using the free delivery service. The estimated delivery window provided at the time of purchase was Thursday 4th June to Monday 8th June, and Royal Mail confirmed delivery on 5th June, which was within the estimated timeframe.
Therefore, the statement that "the product came 3 days after the promised time" is not correct. Please refer to your order confirmation email, which contains the delivery estimates and shipping information provided when your order was placed.
