“I ordered the item late Sunday night and first thing Monday morning I received an email saying it had been dispatched and I had received it by Wednesday. I love companies that deliver that quickly at no extra cost. The only reason why I have not given the review 5 stars is that I had issues with the website both on chrome and IE. I just could not actually order the item as the order icon would not work initially. I eventually got it through although I nearly gave up. I am glad I didn't though as the product looks great and the quality is far better than the low price would indicate. I will definitely be using Ties R us again.”
“Good service delivered on the time and date required. However the colour (described as bottle green) wasn't what we expected, a common problem for on-line purchasing, so we returned them.
This was dealt with quickly and without fuss by ties r us, the only issue being the cost and effort of recorded delivery to return them.
