“After being slightly disappointed with the colour of the tie once it arrived I spoke to the customer service department, who very very friendly and helpful, and they assisted me in returning the item. They also even offered to help me in future when I needed to match a specific colour. Thank you TiesRus”
“Over the moon with the ties, when I finally got them. Had to collect in the end. I left messages to leave with neighbour at 69 but whether they missed each other I don't know.
Should be free format where you want to leave it because none of the options fitted where I wanted it left and couldn't speak to a person just automated options. A bit annoying!”

“I ordered the item late Sunday night and first thing Monday morning I received an email saying it had been dispatched and I had received it by Wednesday. I love companies that deliver that quickly at no extra cost. The only reason why I have not given the review 5 stars is that I had issues with the website both on chrome and IE. I just could not actually order the item as the order icon would not work initially. I eventually got it through although I nearly gave up. I am glad I didn't though as the product looks great and the quality is far better than the low price would indicate. I will definitely be using Ties R us again.”
