“Ordered a tie and hankercheif and placed order. Fine. Realized immediately after they did matching cufflinks so emailed right away to try and put in same parcel to avoid two delivery charges..... was e mailed back following morning at 08.03 to say no problem as long as my order was placed before 08.00!!!!!!! Really ......”
