“I ordered my husbands tie and pocket square and the service is brilliant. I took a picture of my dress to match it using the app on the site . The colour was perfect !”
Hi Alice Allen,
Thank you for your feedback.
We're a little confused by the 1-star rating. If you could kindly check your order confirmation, you'll see the estimated delivery window was Thursday 2nd July – Monday 6th July, and Royal Mail's delivery confirmation shows that your parcel was delivered on Saturday 4th July, which was within the estimated delivery timeframe.
We offer three delivery options, ranging from DPD Next Working Day to our free delivery service, with each option displaying its own estimated delivery dates at checkout so customers can choose the service that best suits their requirements.
If your order was needed sooner, our DPD Next Working Day delivery option would have been the most suitable choice, whereas the free delivery service has a longer estimated delivery window.
Regards

“I ordered tie to match my dress at sons wedding and the date was changed when it would be delivered so I never got tie for the date I was expecting so it's of no use to my husband now”
Your order was dispatched via DPD, and the estimated delivery date provided at the time of purchase was Thursday, 25 June. DPD has confirmed that the parcel was successfully delivered on that date.
“I ordered the fuchsia paisley tie for my husband as we were attending a wedding. Beautiful tie which also came with a pocket square. It was much admired.
The customer service is outstanding.”
