“The selection of sake is extensive. The prices are competitive. I particularly like the description and graphing of where the sake falls on the sweetness/dryness scale. The earned points are an excellent marketing tool. I order 7 bottles to save on delivery fees. The delivery problems I've encountered is the reason I don't give Tippsy an excellent rating. On one occasion, I never received notice from the carrier that an order was to be delivered, so I was not home to sign for the sake. On another occasion, I was home waiting for the delivery so as not to cause a revisit. The doorbell was never rung and a delivery was at my front door without me signing. The container could have been sitting there for hours. Be well. Pax Obama, Brian Smalley”

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We apologize if your box was sitting out for hours, if you have any quality issue, please reach out to our customer services. Depends on your local carrier and regard to Covid-period, some carrier prefer to have no physical contact and we are sorry that they did not leave you the phone call or text. We hope this issue would not happen again.

“Fantastic selection , wonderful service , and the periodic "sake box" as a way to introduce sakes one is not already familiar with , is well thought out and an effective way to "take a chance" with something new at a reasonable price .”

“The shippment is fast via FedEx. Great packaging for shipping. Choya “Ice Nouveau” Sake Is My Favorite Plum Wine...Great on the rocks as a refreshing drink... This is the first time try, and I fell in love with it...very strong plum flavor and scent”

“Website is easy to navigate. Listing Sakes by type made it VERY easy to find sake that matches my taste. I live in Pa. where the state controls the sale of alcohol... so I've only been able to try sake that the state buys.... this has opened up a whole new world of sake for me. We popped open the Daissai 23 last night and it just blew my mind... so thank you Tipsy!”

“I had the same Choya iced plum wine of year 2017 before, and I loved it. The 2019 ones I purchased from Tippsy also tasted very good. Light and soft with a good balance of sweetness.”
