UPDATE: Order status suddenly appeared and sake was delivered within 24 hours.
I don’t know if it was in transit for 2 weeks or if the order was expedited after my complaint.
Given that this order was for a Christmas present, it was upsetting that I had no information about whether it would be here in time or not. I’m glad it was delivered in time. I would give them more stars if not for their lack of status updates, which they seem trying to resolve.”

“Online purchase experience was great. Shipping was fast. However, I was surprised and a little disappointed that shipping doesn't include any dry ice or ice packs. For high end sake like the Iwa, they should really be shipped with some kind of temperature control mechanism to ensure the quality is preserved. I would definitely not consider shipping a bottle of Komyo or Zankyo with this method of shipping.”
